Hidden gem. Took a tour today. Jacques was very informative and brought a lot of knowledge and humor to an excellent presentation on everything chocolate. Our tour included a light lunch with several desserts and chocolate tastings. Now I know why great chocolate is worth the cost.

Fantastic products. Getting there feels a bit like finding a secret passage. The shop located in the back of a row of industrial-type shops is clean and tidy, aside from the remodel currently going on. All worth it for the sublime chocolate. Everything on all the labels is in French as it is proper, imported chocolate. Amazing quality with a frankly reasonable price point considering they source their chocolate from a plantation that does things ethically and without child exploitation.

I ordered their single plantation sampler online. The shipping was as good as could be expected, with consistent tracking. The packaging was perfect. Care was obviously taken in preparing it for shipment. The chocolates themselves, I can only speak for the one I've tried this far, but it's delicate, creamy, and melts against your tongue perfectly. I ordered this after watching Anne Reasons piece on YouTube regarding how single source chocolates are significantly better than the commercial stuff we're all used to. So far I certainly agree. While I have to take on faith that these are sourced where they say and are single plantation as advertised, they certainly are good. Not a huge chocolate fan, but these aren't you Big Candy offerings. Something is obviously different in all the right ways and it's a great experience thus far. Looking forward to trying more and getting more from this company.

What a fun tour! We tried so many samples and the most-delicious chocolate-covered strawberry. Jacques is a very engaging presenter!

They're true masters of Chocolate. Taste is balanced so well, so elegant, has such a nuances, even aftertaste plays great like aftertaste of fine wine. Always delightful. Not mentioning their wrapping design which is awesome itself.

We just so happened to stumble upon the location in West Berlin, NJ. We were expecting to walk into a museum, but it was a lobby when we entered. A well dressed man immediately noticed our arrival and came down the stairs to greet us. He was very kind and professional. We mentioned how we wanted to see what products were there, so he took us to look in the retail location and taught us some about them. We particularly picked out chocolate from Guatemala, as my partner is from there. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we looked around and I am sure he had a lot to do besides us randomly dropping in. The location is quite hidden, but now that I know it is there, I would like to visit the museum in the future. As for the chocolate I ate, because the Guatemalan chocolates were gifts, it is pictured below. It has a wonderful taste and I look forward to purchasing a larger amount on my next visit. Thanks for helping us on our unexpected visit!

If you haven't had their chocolates yet, they are in a class of their own- some of the best I've ever had! You can really tell the superior quality of the ingredients and the craftmanship is awesome. Additionally, their customer service is out of this world. The team bent over *backwards* to ensure I had my chocolates on time for Christmas, despite issues with the carriers - and absolutely attentive, responsive and super nice. Highly recommend - they have the whole package!!
