Pretty disappointed in the wood duck mount I picked up today. Something as simple as tucking around the eyes to hide the epoxy can have a huge impact on the look of the duck. Now I’m stuck with a duck with really crusty looking eyes, quality of work is definitely not worth the price charged. Not really a way to fix it now either.

I dropped off a set of antlers and a cape from a deer that I harvested in Kentucky. I received a phone call from them that an employee had left the cape out of the freezer and it was ruined. I expressed to the person on the phone that I didn’t want a south texas cape due to the color of the cape. They assured me that they would locate a similar colored cape and they would take care of it. When I went to pick up the mount, sure enough it had a grey south texas cape. I voiced my disappointment with the lady behind the counter and she immediately went and got someone to discuss this. After a very civil conversation, the issue is being resolved. The way they handled it is very professional. I will continue to use this establishment and will recommend them to anyone that I know. Accidents happen and I understand it. For them to investigate and correct the issue I give them kudos. I will be back. Very good business ethic.

I dropped off my nilgai in Oct 2020. They were suppose to mount hooves into gun rack or hat rack. Never did. Finally in April of 2022 when I call again for the fourth time they tell me they cant mount hooves because they were in freezer too long. They dont give me an itemized receipt so I can see how much credit is due me. Very disappointed in limited service they provided. If I were you I would take your mounts elsewhere where you can actually get what you pay for. No telling how many other folks have been screwed over too. A shame since I had mounts done there before.

I have trusted B&B for more than 30 years to remind me of my hunting memories as I sit in my trophy room. from birds to brown bears, to a African safari, always a beautiful mount. Mike ,Jo, and the whole crew always do a great job.

Fantastic! They have beautiful mounts and helped me through the ordering process. They were so pleasant over the phone and wonderful when we went to the store front. We will use again. I love my mount.

B&B has been doing our taxidermy work for 20+ years. They always do a great job on everything. They are amazing on the "cats". Mike was instrumental on the design of our trophy room and gave it his personal touch. They have done so much for us that when he calls us to see how we want something mounted, we just say "surprise us" and he does! Everyone at B&B is friendly and aims to please.

What a great company! Their work is exceptional! You can tell that their staff really puts pride into what they do. I love family businesses and this is one of the best.
