As I read all the reviews for the Longest Yard, I knew this company was the right fit for my job. Having experienced some hiccups and not so great quality carpeting in the past, I didn't want to go through the same experience. I didn't even shop around for pricing because I wanted to pay for exceptional service and quality. As soon as I called, Jeanette answered in a pleasant manor and easily booked an appointment to have measurements taken at my home. Robert came earlier than expected and was able to provide me with a quote immediately. We then scheduled an appointment in their amazing showroom in downtown Nutley, both my wife and I sat down with Robert to go over styles and color carpet. Robert was very helpful in assisting us make a decision. Most importantly, it fit in our original budget! We ordered the carpet and scheduled an installation date approximately 2 weeks later. Robert arrived early ready to remove and install carpeting. I was supposed to have the furniture removed, but Robert was ok with working around and moving it for me. Overall, the entire process was so flawless from customer service to installation. The service I received is consistent with the rest of the reviews I read! Thank you!

Her store is well stocked with a huge number of carpet designs and material options and she has the experience and skills to help you make your decision. Wonderful experience shopping for carpet at The Longest Yard. Jeanette helped us make a decision that worked with our budget and time frame for installation. She was even able to find us a beautiful “remnant” that worked wonderfully for our stairs and saved us some money. Robert went the extra yard to eliminate the waterfall effect on the steps by trimming the side wood supports. Nice work with the installation. Jeanette was also great during the whole process.

We used The Longest Yard to add a carpet runner to our stairs. Jeanette was great to work with--she was very communicative and when I went to the showroom to look at samples, she was very helpful and showed me a variety of options, and took the time to explain the differences between each style and fabric etc. Once the carpet came in, they were able to schedule the installation quickly, and Robert did an excellent job. We are really happy with the results!
