We were looking forward to the grand opening and we weren't disappointed. We were greeted warmly as we entered and given a general layout of the store. Husband was looking for new tennis shoes, I was looking for everything, lol. He found a great pair of name brand shoes on clearance and I found a great pair of slippers that have now become my favorites. Add in a 20% off coupon and there were 2 happy shoppers. Check out was quick and simple and we were on our way. Impressed with the selection, prices and service. Nice to have this local store, we'll definitely be back!

I haven't had such wonderful customer service in I can't even tell you how long. The moment we walked in both gentlemen were so polite and helpful. They helped us measure our toddlers feet and showed us were to look. They checked in on us throughout our shopping experience and always had a smile. We will definitely be going back because of the amazing customer service! Honestly it was really refreshing to be around kind hearted people again in this world. Thank you both! 😊

We spent 10 minutes in the store and found 2 pairs of wide shoes to fit my husband for under $100!

I was greeted promptly upon entering and asked if I need assistance, and advised if current sales.

Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. For comparison, I was at Famous Footwear beforehand where one staff member simply said “hi”. But at shoe sensation, I was greeted and checked on by about 4 different staff members while I was there. Super helpful when I was indecisive between styles/brands, and they recommended awesome inserts that I desperately needed
