Tianna did a fantastic job. I went in inquiring about possibly getting a new watch and walked out with an upgraded plan, 2 new phones, and a new watch and our bill didn't change, it got cheaper! One of the best visits we have by far!!!

My first time as a Verizon customer. The Owatonna store was very busy and Adrian juggled a couple other walk ins, all while being so helpful and attentive to me. A GREAT experience and I will definitely recommend Adrian and Verizon to others.
