Nicky at the Mt Juliet location was awesome! He explained everything, showed me how to use it, had a quick reference guide in addition to the info booklet and had me wear it while there to make sure the fit was correct. He answered my concerns and questions, was knowledgeable and a very nice person as well. Would highly recommend.

Nicky was very thorough and his explanation of all the procedures and equipment and very comprehensive in his approach. He was genuinely friendly and very informative and I appreciate all the information he disclosed to me. It was a very positive experience.

This is my first CPAP, which made me very anxious due to my claustrophobia. Nicky was patient, kind and understood my anxiety. He explained everything and patiently walked me through the operation of the machine and what to expect.

The worst experience ever; placed order on a Friday; the following week made 5 phone calls; held on hold only to go to voicemail; went by office twice and was told they could not tell me anything about my order; I asked for a manager's name and was told that information could not be given out. I cannot imagine running a business like this, not very long anyway. I cancelled my order via fax today (the only way to communicate with Manor Healthcare supply in Mt. Juliet TN
