They tried to reschedule my appointments several times so they could fit their more profitable injections. Dr. Kassar wanted me to get cortisone injections and I told him I had already tried that procedure at another facility and it didn’t work. His response was “Well maybe it will work this time.” The doctors at this organization are greedy and only care about their cash flow.

Dr. Fattouh is caring, concerned, and friendly while maintaining professional and efficient services. I have dealt with many other Pain Management Doctors since having multiple back issues and recently having a lumbar Spinal Fusion. He always makes me feel important and like I matter. He takes time to listen instead of trying to depreciate one’s pain. Dr. Fattouh has an excellent bedside manner and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I am very happy with my visits to Midwest Neurology Associates. Everyone there is very helpful and pleasant they make you feel at ease. Both Dr. Fattouh and Anastasia answer and explain any questions I have. I would tell anyone looking for pain management to go there.

Dr. Fattouh is incredible did a great job with my health exam. he explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Dr Fattouh is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He has been a real help to me in controlling my pain from neurology in my right leg and foot.

Dr. Fattouh provided excellent service to me. I had chronic headache and I developed peptic ulcer due to the use of Ibuprofen and other pain killers. His staff were friendly and scheduled me soon enough to deal with my chronic pain issues. His smile was enough to ease all the tension I had before the visit. The results of treatment were phenomenal. I was able to reduce the use of pain meds by more than 90% after the treatment. Today I took in my mother to Midwest Neurology in Dyer for a medical evaluation. We were first greeted by the front desk who was very pleasant. After filling out some documents, we were called in by the nurse. She was very pleasant as well and told us that Dr. Fattouh will be seeing her shortly. After a couple of minutes, Dr. Fattouh came in and introduced himself. He asked my mother a few questions. After a few responses from my mother, he gave his diagnosis and was very thorough and honest. After his diagnosis, we had a few questions for him and he gave thorough answers and took his time. In addition, he was very genuine. We have a follow up visit with him in a month and we will be definitely coming back.

Whole lot of paper work on first visit. Was somewhat early, should have been even earliee. Two clipboards full. Took time with my hands as well as sitting/standing with back & knee. Other then that, overall went well I guess. Will be seeing in the next month again as well.
