Ms. Dee Dee was such a delight today. She is quick and efficient. I enjoyed our banter. I love coming here. The customer service is always wonderful. Thank you Ms. Dee Dee for the experience.

This would be my third time coming. They thur Monday and Friday that I sometimes have a problem with that staff sticking me.But I came in Saturday and I was fine that with the young lady sticking me. We didn't have any problems.My problem was that they didn't tell me what the issue was. I just said that you're OK to leave .

Jennifer is a sweet nice person she help me out twice she has a good spirit she gives good advice when you ask her question . She always smiling 😃

Every time I go I request Taneka to stick me! She’s very good at her job. It doesn’t hurt, I flow quick because of the good stick, and I’m out of there fast. I also like how she helps her other coworkers out and she’s patient with them

Jakari, Ms. Dee Dee, Ms. Jennifer and forgive me if I'm get her name wrong but I think it was Zee. Hopefully she'll know I'm referring to her. They were all played a very big part in making sure I was comfortable as a new donor. The atmosphere of the center is quite friendly with a mellow undertone. I especially adored Ms. Jennifer approach with educating you and the diverse analogies she used to help with understanding the process of everything. Ms. Dee Dee has a presence that is so soul, by the time I realized she pricked my finger, she was bandaging it up. And I'm a crybaby at heart. Again, I sincerely apologize if I'm getting your name wrong but if it is Ms. Zee, the tall young lady with glasses, along with Mr. Jakari all made my first couple of visits a delightful experience and I definitely would highly recommend. I’m a regular donor on my visit I had some difficulty on my behalf donating. The phlebotomist Cam took time to check and restick me for a better flow. He wasn’t the one who originally stuck me but he didn’t hesitate to elevate my issue and give excellent service and support. The staff here is awesome and he is one star players on the team. As well as phlebotomist Tierra who also gave support and called for assistance and I am thankful. Also supervisor Jaye is always a great leader and always willing to others in need she has a great team under her and it all starts with her. Thank you all so much and have a blessed one.

I find it very unprofessional that freedom plasma makes a mistake and says you have Hep B and puts your name on the do not donate list. After they tested again the found it was a false reading. Now I can't get my name off the list. Amy Williams is a horrible manager. I have called the test facility and everyone else and the only people that can take my name off the list is freedom plasma. Well biotech can but they are the same people. Amy Williams will not help me or return my phone calls. I find it very strange that you can be put on a list by a company and they refuse to take you off after a negative test result that they did. .all I want to do is talk to Amy Williams bosses. There has to be a way. I would know I can't donate there but there are other places.
