Great place to deliver. I had an 8am appointment. I arrived early at 9pm, they have overnight parking. At 5am, I checked in and immediately given a door. The guard told me they will text for lumper fee. I opened the door and put my paperwork in my trailer. I was quickly unloaded and had a green light in about an hour. I was now waiting for a text to pay for the lumper fee. I waited for an hour and got concerned as other trucks after me were leaving. I asked the yard guy and it's then I was informed that I don't need to pay for lumper and my paperwork was already in the back of the trailer. I wish they had informed me to just drive off as I would not have sat there waiting for lumper fee text. Overall I still give them 5 star as they were fast and had clean restrooms.

It's all good here. You can't go in at all. Which is fine. The message from Capstone says "Once you have paid your bills you can go in to get your paperwork". No you can't. I wondered around like an idiot looking for where that "go in" is. They finally called and said my BOLs were in the back of my trailer. Ok.

Came in on time for 7AM appt. Put me straight into door. Half hour later got capstone lumper fee, paid it, half hour later get told i am now held hostage because they are not signing the bol until they get a claim number from OS&D for 3 leaking boxes of raw meat. As of writing i am still here at 107 PM. Osd was notified at 8AM. Was just told receiving closes at 1 so I am stuck here all night.

Very friendly and professional, will gladly deliver here again. Took me in early and was out within an hour. Great job Sysco

Enter off Sauk st and park in the angled spots outside the front gate. Pretty straightforward unload procedure. I was there about 4 hours for a full truck, but was told they're not normally so slow. Pretty average really. Bathroom for drivers in the guard shack.

Capstone is ripping us driver off on prices. One week I bring in three pallets which is a straight pull off. Meaning no breakdown and I get charged $70. This week I bring in five pallets which breaks down into a total of seven and I'm charged $190. For what? They aren't even doing anything. I take that back, they are over charging and lining their own pockets whith our money. For doing work that we as truck drivers are more than capable of doing ourselves if needed to. This is against the law people. You cant force us to pay to unload our own freight when we can do it ourselves. They have used the pandemic excuse to close the doors to drivers so that they can monopolize and take our money from us!!!! Open the doors back up to those of us that choose to self unload. The pandemic is over. All the other sysco foods are open to drivers. How can you justify this? Unless your in on the scheme of robbing drivers along with capstone!!!!

Easy parking. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They are by far my favorite distributors. The cook is amazing. The food was awesome.
