The staff are exceptional!! They are Courteous kind understanding and will always be willing to help you out if you are truly in a tight spot. Jake, one of the leads over there is amazing. His staff is just phenomenal.

Long story short I look at the jewelry alot .in this situation it took me nearly 2 hours to find what I was looking for . The store was over priced but workers were great. Shawn was a big help and made us feel very welcomed. If I could store gets 1 star but Shawn gets 5 stars for his good work.

Always great service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Best values for sale or loan. Construction on 10 in anoka makes getting in difficult, but the service makes it worth the effort. By far still the best "pawn shop" I've ever been to, and that's why I keep coming back.
