Waste of time, went to an interview 01/04/2020. But when I showed up, the representative Katie, was too busy to notice me sitting in the office. I showed up 15 minutes before my interview was to start. None of the other representatives payed any attention. This is not a good temporary service to go to in search of employment. Say no to Just in time, they aren't on time.

I had a great time talking with Angela about jobs but when the one job moved on with other people, Angela asked if there was anything else she could do but she then never responded back to my email about any other jobs. I had turned down better paying jobs due to remote and thought this one was not remote, which Angela stated. I found out it was. I wasn't taken it regardless. I have forgotten how staffing agencies push you into interviewing but really don't care about you. Well I have a direct hire 2nd interview with the same organization but not through the staffing agency. Please always keep the same energy when recruiting one position of people may not be a good fit, while another is!

Kathy or Kathleen I don't remember her name since it was weeks ago she was rude to me. It looks like she wasn't really interested in helping me find a job. It was like she was looking down on me. And when I asked for a job closer to home she try to get me a job that is like 20 miles away from home. I tried calling her and asking her are there any other jobs available and she never called me back or followed up

Was promised a job at one location and was demanded to go all the way to Mayfield to fill out paperwork, wasted almost 4 hours on the bus (there and back) to get lowballed for a different job that was out in Euclid, told them several times I was on the west side but still sent me way out there. Worked 2 days and was let go, Katie made jokes about it via text and then tried to send me to another job that was further out and even less pay than the job I was sent to! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

The lady put me on the tablet and then was not helpful when it came to me getting help, her male coworker had to step in, the lady took some yt guy who came in after me instead of helping me. Which now I feel this is a racism moment. She clearly stated how he doesn’t do well with jobs and be all over the place. This man walks out with a job and they had nothing for me. Simply a waste of my time and a huge slap in the face that this was the kind of service I received coming in bright and ready to work. They picked someone over me who they have given chances plenty of times as she said. Meanwhile I’m still a single mother of 4 children jobless.

I can’t speak for the others that work there, but Katie did a good job. Very respectful responsive and was even helpful after I screwed up the job. I would recommend. Some people are set in there ways but I don’t think they mean any harm jus used to dealing with a lot of knuckle heads.
