The crew at Cannondale Court are very professional. They set expectations and the communicate well. The leasing signing computer system malfunctioned but the team did a great job at communicating and making sure I was updated every step of the the way. David, Andrea, and Ashley are great team to work with. The property is nice, clean, and close to major shopping. The area feels safe. I believe this community has the right team, location, and product.

We lived at Cannondale Court for the past year. We had a fantastic experience! We would’ve stayed but relocated to a different city. Kailey and Ashley are amazing property managers and Scott is a great builder. They showed us such kindness and care our entire stay. The townhomes are very quiet, sound never bleeds through, and the area is great. We highly recommend!

Ms.Andrea Seay was extremely nice. We did not have an appointment and she welcomed us right in to tour the model home. My mom and I really appreciated that she took the time out of her day to speak to us!!

Beautiful townhomes. My sister and I toured multiple in the area and these were by far the nicest. Ashley was of great help and very responsive with all of our questions. We have been here a month now with no issues. Ashley checks in on us regularly and makes sure we feel very welcomed. We love it here!

Have had a wonderful experience since moving in a few weeks ago! Everyone has been incredibly helpful and nice! We are so happy to have made this move!
