For breakfast in the area, this has the highest index score for cleanest, fastest, tastiest. Coffee was good for the tier of restaurant, better than expected. Bonus for the service being very well informed on substitutions to get you the best price for what you want. Bonus points for the personable and polite staff (Selma). FYI, there is oat milk and milk available for coffee upon request. Very clean restaurant as well.

Cat was outstanding! We asked for recommendations because we’ve never been here. Everything she recommended was incredible! We had stuffed French toast, grits, three amigos and the best biscuits ever! Her service was better than I’ve ever had in my life! So very polite, kind and funny! We will definitely be coming back but also spreading the word! Recommending not only the restaurant but Cat as well! Phenomenal experience!

Love the new location at Parkside! They have some different menu items than the Brier Creek location. Namely, they have WAFFLES! Photo is from the kids menu. My daughter ordered the waffle and it came with a whipped cream smiley face. Service was good, food was good, lots of variety, clean and nice atmosphere. Great breakfast spot!

This place is phenomenal!! This biscuits are very hot and the apple butter is so good!! Our server was Brittany she is so kind and awesome!! She made sure that we had everything we need and answered all of our questions!! All managers asked were we doing great!! Awesome!!! Thanks again! Will be coming back!🤗

This was my 2nd time coming to this establishment. The first time was on Wednesday during gtand opening week Then I came again on Friday during grand opening week. When I first tasted the biscuit and Apple butter. I immediately called and told people about it. Then I tasted the food and I instantly knew that angels were in the kitchen making this food. Everything was absolutely, positively, delicious. Omg!!. First I went and had an amazing breakfast with some.authentic Chai tea that was Wednesday. I ordered it to go that day. Then I came back with my daihjter on Friday. We dined in and she said that her pancakes were "divine" I ordered the chicken strip with the amazing collards greens. I can't believe how delicious they are. I told my stylist and she came in with a client to taste the food. My stomach, tastbuds, and spirit highly recommend this establishment. God bless them and their entire staff. I know why it's called The Flying Biscuit. Those delicious homemade biscuits flew in my tummy!

The service and atmosphere was excellent during my visit, but my breakfast was not. I ordered chicken and waffles and the waffle was pretty good, but the chicken was very disappointing. Maybe the kitchen needs more experience, but the chicken came out tough with partially burnt breading that fell off the meat almost immediately. It seems like a bunch of folks around me were enjoying their food, but I hope they can get more consistent. I'll try this place again in a few months and update as necessary.

Yummm!! Love that they serve fresh biscuits and apple butter when you’re seated. Service was wonderful, I believe our server was named Selma - she was friendly and attentive. Just thinking about the Hot Honey Chicken and Waffles that I ordered makes my mouth water while writing this. Highly recommend!!

Went with a friend on Sunday for brunch as she's a vegan and I'm not, so we needed a place that could accommodate us both. It was busy, obviously with the Sunday post-church crowd as well as the Sunday after Thanksgiving, but we were seated within 15 minutes. Atmosphere was friendly and the restaurant was busy. Amber, our server, was very friendly and attentive. I had the Hot Honey Chicken Tenders and Waffles, my friend had the Vegan Tofu Wrap. My meal was delicious, and I would definitely recommend it.
