The staff at AcuMedGroup are professional and caring. Dr. Rusnak is amazing and has helped me so much. She really cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her. The staff have great customer service. They treat you like family. And Patti is truly gifted as a massage therapist, as well as the other therapist.

Another great treatment today. It's so relaxing from the moment you enter the door. The staff is so welcoming and I am always greeted with smiles. Erica always gives the best massages and gives helpful recommendations on stretches and exercises to work on at home to help with my pain management. Dr. Rusnak is so caring, patient and understanding when it comes to dealing with pain. I always feel amazing leaving the clinic after my treatments.

The team was exceptionally efficient, professional and friendly in their service. I enjoyed everything except the acupuncture itself, but that is because I don't like having needles stuck in me. I understand the reason for it, though, and I came away feeling better than when I came in.

Dr. Rusnak is caring, patient and truly cares about each one of her patients. She also has recommended natural supplements that have allowed me to be pain free, and now able to sleep a full eight hours, and wake up feeling refreshed, and ready to start my days with ease. I have more energy during the day, and totally feel more like myself again. Her staff is so friendly and they all provide excellent customer service.
