What a great place to meet your storage needs! Matthieu is wonderful! So kind and knowledgeable. Choosing our storage unit size and getting all signed up went very smoothly. Everyone I've spoken to has been great. Thank you so much!

The 2 men that run the place are very nice and willing to help. Be aware that once you get there to sign the paperwork, there are hidden fees that were NOT disclosed on the website, not that I could find anyway. There is an additional service fee and mandatory insurance that you have to carry. Not an exorbitant amount but bad business practice to not disclose this up front. With that said, they were offering 2 months at 1/2 price and were less expensive than most I looked at. They appear to have VERY good security. Many cameras and monitors at the main office that sees everything. The 3 star rating is strictly because of the undisclosed hidden fees.

This is a very nice facility. Its clean and looks new. The check in process was easy and fast. Ron is the gentleman who helped us and he was wonderful. He was professional, polite, and answered all of our questions. He even walked us to our new storage space and showed us around the facility. He also tested our gate code to make sure it was working properly. In all of the hassle and stress of moving, Ron made this part of our experience simple and easy. I would recommend both Ron, and this facility, to others.

So far, it is great. The experience was great getting set up, signing the contract, and knowing what I should expect.
