I came in for an adjustment in great pain and in about a week and a few visits, with recommended exercises, I am feeling MUCH better. Definitely would recommend this chiropractor. Tiffany, Mariana, and Dr. Roland are all pleasant and professional. And they're affordable, a hard thing to find in this city!

Tiffany great receptionist. Helped me sign in and made sure my check in was quick and easy.Came in with tension in my back and Dr.Roland definitely made sure I left with no tension at all. 10 out of 10 recommend. I was skeptical how good it could be for their first client special, but my expectations were beyond met! The doctor was super thorough and helpful - even emailed me over exercises to do at home with video tutorials. I bought the membership and will be back :) 5 out of 5!

I’ve been going to the Columbia Heights location for several months now and have really enjoyed how convenient the whole process is. I’ve also seen multiple chiropractors at this location, but would recommend trying to go when Dr. Roland is there. His adjustments provide the most relief for my neck tightness and tension, and he also seems to personalize his technique more than the other doctors I’ve met. Try the place out, just be sure to thoroughly review their subscription policies before signing. Otherwise, I have no complaints!

Jules ( I believe is her name) was very courteous and helpful. This was my first time getting an adjustment. The doctor was courteous as well and did a great job explaining what was wrong and what he was going to do. I was hoping to feel immediate relief, but that was not the case. I bought the package since the doctor said I should go back twice a week for a few weeks. I’m going back for my second adjustment today and am hoping I will find some relief. When the package is over on 7/18 I will either continue coming back or follow up with my PCP. The bathroom, waiting room, and room where I got my adjustment we’re all spotless.

The Joint Chiropractic has been a wonderful resource for my physical & mental health. The customer service has been phenomenal. Jewels in particular has been absolutely incredible and creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere for the establishment. Dr. Pouya & Roland are great as well.
