    They left me in the worst possible situation. Only existing for the stock holders. They approved several procedures including a surgery. I called them to insure everything was as planned two days before scheduled surgery for them to say it was a mistake and out of network. And that all the previous visits and procedures would be my responsibility and "it's my responsibility to know the network" when they do everything to prevent you from access to that information. My employer is dropping them this month. I'm several thousands in debt over their mistakes.

    Why does Network Health state they are local when they outsource their customer service to another company that has agents in Texas, Tennessee and other states? Menasha, WI is not anywhere close to those states. Also, careful the company was just sold (Froedtert will be the new owner). Just facts people need to consider.

    Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Depending on who you speak to, you'll get very different information and this ended up costing me money. And they made me feel that somehow it was my fault. GRRR... My mistake was trusting them as I have other insurance companies, and hence I did not document the conversations. I can't wait to switch vendors... ASAP. Run from this provider. Run...

    I have had Network for last 25 years. I called today for assistance Maria helped me. Maria was very helpful patient and friendly was great talking to her. I was recently in the hospital for 4 months and was very thankful to Network for helping me thru all that. 100 l would recommend them to family and friends.Thank you Network!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    When I have had questions, customer service people have done their sincere best to answer them. I feel like I’m communicating with real people who care. My health care costs out of pocket have been near 0, and I really appreciate having Silver Sneakers and getting reimbursed for dental and vision costs. I honestly don’t know how Network Health can offer so many benefits for $0 premiums. I have recommended the Medicare Advantage Go plan to several people, and all have been happy—even those with significant health problems.

    So far so good. I've been a member for 2 months. My wife for 18 months. And so far no problems. and any phone interactions I've had have went very well. In fact so far I can;t imagine what else anyone could want from a Medicare Advantage Insurance company.

    My husband had a 2 month stay at Froedtert Hospital. Multiple surgeries and procedures. We were lucky that we had Network Health and Froedtert. Anytime I had questions and sent that question to Network Health via the web site the response was either the same day or the next day. Network Health also arranged for us to have a Nurse Manager who reached out to us on a weekly basis to check on how he was doing once we were home and needing Home Care to come several times a week. We were also able to call her via her direct phone number if we had additional questions regarding his care. If I could have given them 6 stars I would have - so I will give them an A+ for good quality, good value, Professional and Responsive.

    I love my Network Health insurance plan. Their benefits are perfect for my family and their providers are exactly what I'm looking for. A former employer offered Network Health then switched to another company and I was devastated. My new job offers Network Health and I was so happy to go back to this insurance plan. I've never had any issues with claims or getting in touch with someone. If I have a question, their customer service team is great. It's weird to love your insurance company, but Network Health really offers everything I need.
