Horrible handling by the manager in charge, I lost my ring on 7/25/23, I'm sure an employee took it from my table because when I ate in this store I took my ring off to eat and I forgot to put it back on. One of the employees who were cleaning the tables probably took it, because I remember that when we left he stayed cleaning the tables. When I returned to the restaurant to make the report, the manager told me that she would check the cameras and she would call me the next day and to this day I have not received any calls. Be careful to forget personal things, because the manager doesn't care if the employees take it.

I've tried several dishes here and so far have not felt satisfied with it. The chicken is dry and the yucca fries are not as tasty as authentic home made yucca fries. The sauce tastes mustardy. The Cole slaw.. I don't like it very much.

This is a new restaurant in Lawndale. It is new and clean. The parking lot is a little small, so you may need to park along the street. The fried chicken arrived hot. It was juicy and crispy. The Campero beans were tasty. The drink selection was good. Overall, the food was tasty.

Delicious food 😋 it's dosen't taste like Guatemala city one, but it will do. The restaurant is clean

The chicken had a nice flavor. The mac and cheese was good the coleslaw was very very bad didn't even taste like cold slaw. The dinner roll was like a normal General nothing special about this place not sure if I will go back

A little like El Pollo Loco and Popeye's combined. Chicken was pretty good, mashed potatoes and coleslaw were okay, I wouldn't choose to pick these sides again. I liked the empanadas too. In the end, I would prefer Popeye's chicken for the extra breading and crunch. And if I want tortillas with chicken, although I like their chicken more than El Pollo Loco, El Pollo Loco offers better condiments and sides for wrapping in tortillas. That said, chicken is good enough to revisit, I just need to try their other sides, I also want to try their chicken sandwich.

Food is pretty good, wish it could be less greasy but has the Pollo Campero taste as usual. Service I think was a little slow considering its supposed to be a fast food restaurant. I loved the platanos fritos & horchata. The mango drink however tastes like from the store, Jumex. We got the chicken sandwiches too, to me it was bland not just because it's a piece of chicken & bread but thr chicken didn't have much flavor like the fried or grilled which is the best choice. I would just say to also check your receipt cuz we asked for something & got another thing but they made it right which is what counts, at least they were courteous.
