I love the staff here, everyone is so friendly. Everyone who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so taken care of!! I was treated by the incredible Chrissy and I’m so excited to continue treatment with her to achieve my goals. Shelby, the owner, popped in during my ultrasound and was so so kind.Great experience from start to finish. 👏🏼

I just had my first appointment at Ruma and was super impressed. The office is gorgeous. Chrissy and her team were amazing. They made me feel totally comfortable and were so informative. My whole experience was great, and I am loving my results!

I’ve visited RUMA twice now and both times have been great and informative! The girls at the check out desk are always super friendly and welcoming. I see Yesenia for filler after seeing her work on Instagram. She was so educational on the topic of lips and how filler works. We even made a yearly plan to get the best results out of our treatments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, the vibes and service as well as talent at RUMA is unmatched.

As a travel nurse, it’s hard to find a new injector every few months. I was so glad to have found Ruma! Chrissy was so knowledgeable and didn't make me feel pressured at all to get anything done. She helped go over all my options and explained everything in detail. Can’t wait for my results! Her assistant Paige was also super helpful as well!

They do a very good job with Botox. They don't leave any bruises. So that is very nice. But, when they offered me a package deal so I could have cheaper Botox, I asked specifically if there was going to be a Black Friday sale that I should wait for. Both the girls in the room told me no there would be no Black Friday deals. So I bought the package and now that it's Black Friday there's a better deal that I could have bought. I was lied to, therefore that is not okay. They should have been honest with me and I would still want to be able to customer and I would have bought a Black Friday package. Now I have to pay about $325 a month for 6 months for a package that I would rather not bought.

Tessa what’s AMAZING and so SWEET. Such an Educational appointment and helped me in wonderful ways to treat my skin and age gracefully!! This office is Beautiful and full of so many NICE Women! Such a Great Experience! I look forward to May more appointments! Tessa you are the BEST! Thank You❤️

The space is GORGEOUS first of all! You feel fancy just walking in. I got a facial and had the most relaxing service, plus she listened to all my skin concerns and gave me recommendations. They also bring you a drink after your service which makes you feel extra pampered. Can’t recommend enough!
