Melinda at the desk inside their store was welcoming and knew so much about spas. Her customer service is unlike any other. With her knowledge and experience about Emerald Spas, we weren't going to go anywhere else. We felt taken care of, heard, and her post purchase support has been amazing. Melinda was even able to arrange for my last minute change in desired product. She kept me updated on the delivery date/time, gave reassurance as to the whole “process” of delivery and care. Melinda is reliable, knowledgeable, and knows how to make things happen. She is also generous in giving credit for expendable products. If you have a single reservation on owning a Spa, MELINDA will help you make an informed decision and follow you through the whole process of delivery and installation. Not once, did I have to ‘wonder what was going to happen’ as MELINDA anticipated ALL of my needs. The technicians on day of delivery were thorough, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. We’ve been hot tub owners and enthusiasts for an excess of 15 years. With our last move we’d waited over 3 of those years to purchase another hot tub as we’re a mere 2 miles away from Crystal Hot Springs, the local “hot water wonder.” I must say … though lovely and wonderfully relaxing; it became quite cumbersome and less spontaneous to sit, soak and enjoy the quietness of hot healing waters. We visited less often, and sadly altogether quit. We’d finally made our minds up, and knew ownership and convenience far outweighs the notion of daily visits to the local hot springs. Our journey began again, looking for the best hot tub for our personal needs. Multiple stores visits, unending texts, unresponsive inquiries, and sadly an overall lack of respect from one particular store… ugggh, seriously, it can get overwhelming and frustrating. Quick response time in personal concerns, knowledge of inventory, flawless set-up, and enthusiasm to serve is what one desires when purchasing a spa (or anything of value for that matter), but sadly many companies and businesses have digressed and are merely just “doing their job,” you walk away feeling “less than” for having even visited their establishments. One would think a business at least should show some signs of interest to help facilitate a sale. Naturally we’d become discouraged for a bit. But finally … Enter: Emerald Pool and Spas ~ We were welcomed; made to feel that regardless of what we wanted, it was important for them to meet our personal requests, timelines established and respect. Nothing was too small or too demanding for them; it was all about our needs and what would best suit us. Everything you would want in personal details relating to your purchase, they were there. We were seamlessly walked though the whole process, and again, we’ve now the perfect home with our new hot tub. We went in tonight looking for our first hot tub and Christina took really good care of us. She was patient in answering all our questions and was super knowledgeable about all their products and walked us through all the options. She was very friendly and personable. It was low pressure and she earned loyal customers.

Emerald has been taking care of our pool and spa maintenance his year and I could not be more pleased. Kori is our primary technician and she is awesome. She takes extra time to make sure I understand what is going on and she is great at communicating when she will be there in case I have extra questions. All of the techs that work on our pool are delightful to work with and they go the extra mile to make sure our pool experience is always positive.
