My partner and I purchased a 2023 ID.4 and absolutely love it. We worked with Adrien R. who explained all the features of each of the many different ID.4 trim levels. Elijah was super helpful and honest. He helped us narrow down our car options to save time and gave us an INCREDIBLE trade in value for our car so that we could stay within the price range we set at the beginning. The service center was amazing and helped get my immediate repairs done quickly and is actively working with me to identify a longer term issue. I feel like they only provide the services I need or want and don't try to un-necessarily upsell me on items. Pair that with competitive pricing and I haven't wanted to visit an outside shop since using them.
