Was quickly checked in and taken from the waiting area to a treatment room. Staff was friendly and full of smiles. Dr. Bates was, also, very friendly; as well as, very professional by thoroughly explaining procedures and options. This is the experience I’ve had each and every time I have been seen and treated within this practice!

I have been a patient here for a year and a half. I believe I get very good care. Unfortunately the last two times I injured myself the wait was two months to see my doctor. “Urgent “ care had a three week wait. I am considering going to my old orthopedic in Wilmington. It’s a hike but I can get an appointment within a reasonable time.

I've been to several doctors at this practice and it's a constant rat race. It takes forever to get on the schedule, appointments are always running ridiculously behind, the majority of office staff is downright rude, and the doctors seem to see you as a number and not really care. When they messed up scheduling a test at another facility that caused my test to be delayed by a month they wouldn't admit their error. Then, the threat of having a procedure "rescheduled" because they don't call when agreed upon to set up payment is beyond aggravating and frustrating. I see why so many people travel hours away from this area for care now. Sad being we don't have many other options in the area.

Lady at the front desk was so sweet and took her time with me. The building was super clean and the doctor I had was very nice. Didn't have to wait forever to get tests done or to see the doctor. They were on top of it. Very fast service and great people

I have been here several times before more than a year ago. This was by far the best visit yet. The wait was short, the staff and assistants efficient and I actually saw the doctor and not just a PA.

Appointment was on time with little waiting time. The doctor's assi s tant was friendly and professional. Doctor Bates was well versed and very knowledgeable. He was also warm and professional. It was a positive experience.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I saw Steven Huber and I talked and he took the time to listen to me which means the most. I was not treated like a number drawn in and out. Your group is the best!

If I could leave a negative number of stars I would. My wife went for a visit with a complex issue. The physician did not come in and do an exam during the visit. The PA came in the room not understanding the issue or how to even do the exam to feel the damage. Then didn't go and get the physician for assistance during exam. So we are going to a better facility with better physicians who cares for their patients and their problems.
