Modern clean atmosphere, service is good (Chipotle style, where they build your poke/sushi burrito behind the glass for you while you choose your base, protein, and toppings) I tried build your own poke bowl with extra $$ for Masaho and avocado. Overall it was ok. I was pretty surprised by how small their scoop/spoon is for protein and any toppings (compared to other poke restaurants I've been). I got almost all the toppings but my bowl is still not that full. Like one scoop of corn is like 5 pieces. One scoop of pineapples/mandarine oranges is like 2-3 small pieces. The scoop (looks like a large ice cream scoop) of avocado on their marketing photo is very misleading as the scoop of avocado I actually got was like a table spoon size. But they give you a huge portion of rice.😆 🤣 😂 If you are hungry like me, I'd recommend the combo option that comes with miso soup (or kettle chips) and drink for $3.50 but your meal cost may exceed $20 😭 I hope they improve being more careful not spilling any ingredients when they are scooping. I understand how hard it could be with such a small serving spoons. But this could be a severe health risk when ingredients are mixed in for people with severe allergies. 🤔 I was also a bit surprised when my bowl included a small amount of topping I didn't ask for. 😅

UPDATE: The food 2 weeks ago was absolutely good enough the restaurant deserved a second chance. Only 2 people in the store this time and the line moved quickly. The guy helping me, Vincent, was great. At the register I mentioned the last experience and he remembered that day...like the way people remember earthquakes or hurricanes. Food continues to be great! I'm updating the service to 5. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8 people in front of me in line and over 30 minutes to get the food. Unacceptable and we'll never go in again without preordering. Food was good and better than I expecting after the wait. Kids working there were nice, just swamped with takeout orders. One minor suggestion-let the rice cool before you put the fish on it.

Pokeworks in Denver is seriously tasty! The ingredients are top-notch, especially the fresh raw fish – so good. They’ve got a bunch of options to choose from, and the condiments are on point. Plus, the customer service, including the manager, is excellent. I’m hooked and end up there at least once a week! 🍣👌

This was my first time trying a Poke bowl and it was delicious! Pokeworks has a wide variety of fresh ingredients and I was able to try several items I'd never had and a few I hadn't heard of before. I was not disappointed with any of the choices, they were all delicious. Service was very friendly and helpful at each stage of the selection process to make a wonderful Poke bowl. I had a 3 protein bowl, the price was higher than I expected. The environment was bright and welcoming although the slightest noise echoed in the smallish space. Decorations are sparse and more attention could be spent on cleaning up the customer tables. Would try again if I were back in the area!

This was my first time here on my way back to the Springs, I am so glad I made the detour. Awesome food and even more awesome service! Vincent prepared my poke bowl and boba drink with love and it came through in the flavor! Thank you Vincent! I'm making this a regular stop whenever I'm in Denver.

The best poke bowl I have had in years!! I accidentally ordered lobster through DoorDash and the restaurant was able to fix my order to a different protein. They were courteous and fixed my order before the dasher arrived. Incredible service

This was our first time to this location, I just had a craving but I'm glad we stopped here. The staff was very friendly and kind especially since we rolled in about 15 minutes before closing. The food is top tier, the service was amazing and friendly, and even the drinks blew my mind. We will definitely be back here!

Busy little spot in the DTC for lunch. Fresh ingredients, great flavors, clean, airy restaurant. Seats about 30 inside, but has great outdoor seating that is shaded. It is a little slow to get your food if there is a line - everything is hand mixed while you order, so be patient. The food was worth the wait!
