Great bike and ski shop, I rented a downhill bike here and I got really good customer service from Logahn and Carson. They have better prices and better maintained bikes than keystone sports. Highly recommend this place.

The staffs are super friendly and patient If you are a beginner, they assist you with the boost and board My friend rented the snowboard from the keystone resorts itself and took her 1 hour to wait for the accessories without any assistance (she is a beginner) And it took me like 10 mins complete the rental process here!

I recently purchased a demo downhill bike from Norski, via Pinkbike. Matt helped me with the overall review of the bike's condition via FaceTime (I'm on the East Coast), the service, the purchase, and shipping. Matt even went so far as to personally go to the local shipper to ensure a particular component was processed in time to be shipped/received by a particular date. Matt's attention, professionalism, and patience (I asked a thousand questions...!) was exemplary and appreciated. Also, hat's off to his mechanic who checked, prepared, cleaned, and packed the bike for shipping - the bike arrived in pristine condition (for a used downhill bike). Kudos to Matt, his staff, and Norski bikes in general. Well done.

Great staff and a lot of options for bike rentals beyond the cookie cutter offerings most shops have. Also, love the fact they are an independent family owned shop and not a part of the Vail Resort strong hold. Will definitely use them every time I am at Keystone.
