This place is beyond amazing. One of my all time favorite stays ever. Pickett’s Cottage is beyond charming. This little cottage is like living in a fantasy novel. Quaint, quiet, comfortable, and charming! Both my wife, and I, fell absolutely in love with the barnyard animals, especially with the turkeys! We will most definitely visit again! Oh, proximity to the battlefield is superb also, by the way!!!!🤓

Absolutely adorable! Will never stay in a hotel while in Gettysburg again. So quiet and peaceful! The ducks, rabbits, chickens that roamed around the property and visited our cabin were so friendly but Butterball and Beatrice the Turkeys were our favorite. Chris and Todd were excellent hosts and had snacks and drinks waiting in the fridge when we arrived. Can't say enough good things about their Guest Cottages.

Our stay was simply perfect. Chris and Todd are amazing hosts- the property is beautiful, clean and well cared for- the cottage had so many personal touches to make the stay that much better- the pets on the farm were the best- turkeys, chickens, bunnies, dog, cats… all friendly. I hope -and intend to- to be able to stay here again!

Google doesn’t offer enough stars for this place! We had the opportunity to stay at each Brierfield Cottage, and honestly, I have never felt more at home and comfortable. Chris and Todd are absolutely the best hosts. This place is the definition of cozy. Pure serenity! We felt blessed to be there and are looking forward to our next visit!

The location is uniquely situated near the Gettysburg battlefield allowing for interesting ventures into the history of the Civil War and at the same time very peaceful, relaxing and fully equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Chris and Todd could not have been more pleasant and accommodating during my visit. I will definitely stay there my next trip to the area!

Very nice experience. The cottage was comfortable and clean. The turkey, ducks, and chickens that stroll about the property during the day are an added bonus.

Coming back to my old hometown of Gettysburg after many years away was made extra special by the wonderful hospitality of Chris and Todd, who couldn't have been nicer or more attentive to our every need. Our cottage was pretty, furnished with antiques but with every modern convenience, spacious, spotless, and welcoming after a busy day, all at a very reasonable price. When we arrived we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a bowl of fresh local apples, and a fridge full of beverages and snacks. When we left after a week, we had made 2 new friends in our lovely hosts. Thank you! We'll be back soon!
