The staff is great and they make sure the time you are in there is comfortable. The phlebotomist who helped me today was Megan, and she is great! She made sure I had a good donation, made it that I didn't even feel the needle, and made sure I was on time to go to my class. Other staff members are great, but Megan goes above and beyond.

I've never had any issues with donating. Lovely people, so friendly and fast. Even when it is slow, they work kindly and efficiently. Had to redo my physical and James was very friendly and kind. I look forward to my biweekly visits. Katie is always a pleasure to talk to, and recognized me when I came back after a few months.

Been donating here for awhile. Most experiences are alright. The training seems to lack a little. They seem to always put the needle in too far and or miss part of the vein. It makes it a pretty painful experience. I’ve donated at Biomaterial in Layton and it’s the same experience. The BIOLIFE in Utah I’ve been to however is pretty painless.

Have made a ton of $$ here. Shout out to Collin O who always gets it right. He's super nice but also knowledgeable and by the book. I like everyone there, y'all have a good team. I also really like Tyler and the guy with the beard. And all the long haired girls lol

I went for my first time a few weeks ago and Ian, who hooked me up to the machine, did a marvelous job simply explaining everything about what they were doing. He also gave me probably the most painless needle insertion of my life (and that needle isn’t too small). He’s a wizard, buy that man some lunch!

I have been donating at this center for about two months now, and it has been nothing but easy and welcoming. I have had the most experiences with Brynlee helping me and she is the best helper! I would highly recommend this center to donate.
