Dash has been a VITAL part of my children's athletic success! I have 2 sons that are 9 years apart in age. Both earned D1 scholarships to play football. Neither of them was 6'19 or ran a 4.3 40 yd dash. Dash helped them to master football movements, made ALL football drills 2nd nature to them, and gave them next level confidence because they were used to competing against top athletes! I had choices of where to take my kids for training. Nowadays extra training is necessary for a kid to compete. Dash was simply everything my boys, no that my family needed to get college paid for!!!

Amazing venue, spacious, great trainers for all ages. However, my personal trainer, Doc, is the bestest trainer. I drive about 45mins, twice a week to train with him!

4/8/23: D. A.S.H. is an “Awesome Facility”. The staff are friendly and the facilities are top class and clean. My three sons trained there and enjoyed being coached and mentored by Master Trainer and Owner Coach William Lee IV. My eldest son played Rugby three years for the University of Georgia. My second son played football at the US Naval Academy for four years and my third son played football for four years at Northwestern University. Thank you Coach Lee. Thank you D.A.S.H.!!

I love working out at DASH! Doc and Alisha are my fav! Always soo welcoming when I come in. They push you to your best ability! You really get that one on one attention here! I recommend training at DASH 100%! My favorite gym

If I could give this facility 10 stars I would. Dash is extremely welcoming and feels like a home away from home. Great smelling and clean gym. Great staff. Great workouts.

One of the premiere performance training facilities in the Atlanta metro area. Great Staff from the owners, trainers, Health Café, Recovery Center, and if needed for jobs, you can also get drug tested. Very Clean workout areas and most of all, its very family oriented. They care about the success of each client, and we all feel at home. If you have kids in sports, or just looking to get fit, loose weight or be the best athlete you can be, I recommend DASH.

I’ve been to a few training facilities and DASH is by far the most professional facility i’ve been to. Great trainers who put athletes through very specific drills that enhance and produce maximum performance.
