Chris (owner) is so helpful. A plethora of knowledge! If he doesn't have something you are looking for he'll do his best to either get it or suggest an alternative. I'm not someone who is adventurous with food, and by no means someone who can spend a lot on "specialty items" just to try something different. Chris is very accommodating and always willing to back up purchases. Because of this I've tried new things that I never thought I would like (tofu!). His sandwich board messages outside the store are hilarious! Thanks Chris for introducing this junk food junkie to "the light"!

I absolutely love this store. Great place for vitamins and health products, but the best thing about this place is their wraps and sandwiches!!!! They are AMAZING. Chef Victor is the best!!!!

Been trying to get healthier snacks and this is the best place to shop for that..and more! They have bodycare, snacks, drinks, frozen items, essential oils. Whatever you can think of! Gluten free. Dairy free. Vegan. Just stop in and try something new!
