Great school; small class sizes and outstanding professors, who are accessible. Thanks to the substantial education I received, I was able to graduate in four years and go on to earn 2 graduate degrees through a fellowship awarded by a major state university. If you like the action of a big city, go elsewhere. If you like the outdoors, a great education, and exceptional extra curricular opportunities, go to Western. My son also graduated from Western.

Alumni. I graduated years ago, before the name change. I have lots of personal and family history tied to this place. Western and Gunnison Valley have shaped my life in so many ways at so many times.

I attended multiple years. The administration is openly prejudiced to people who are not neuro typical. If you are autistic go elsewhere. They will use and abuse you here and then blame you for being autistic They will commit fraud and lie about your medical records, charge you more than they claim, then take away the accommodations they offer without explanation. It's 2023, discrimination against autistic people shouldn't be happening.

Very unorganized! Within a program people don't know what their or their co-workers' roles are. I'm still waiting on my first spend check and can't get an answer as to why it's taking so long. I'd like to implement the same late fee policy they have on bills that aren't paid on time to receiving credits owed to students. I will not recommend this college to anyone.

Had the best 4 years here! The classes are all taught by actual professors who care a lot and I learned more than most others who went to big colleges.
