Cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience has been, and continues to be with Timeless Jewelry! Troy and Debbie are fantastic at what they do. Both are very informed and connected to the jewelry market and resources in the Twin Cities area. I brought a gemstone, purchased at another jewelry store, to them to have a ring made for my husband. It was determined to be lab created and was returned. I was back at square one. I wanted a really special ring for my husband and had specific requests which could only be achieved by creating a custom ring from scratch. First step, finding the perfect gemstone. Debbie was able to source several garnet gemstones for my husband to hand select his own. Debbie did the leg work, more than once, and we found the perfect stone with the blood red color of a Mozambique garnet (pyrope), which Jeff really prefers. Now we could move ahead with creating the ring around it. My husband's drawing was transformed into a wax rendition by the jeweler, then finally into 14K yellow gold. The red garnet with black diamonds along the side, truly offset the main gemstone for a masculine look. We could not be more pleased with the final outcome in the creation of this ring. During the creation of the ring process, we stopped in a few times, but the day we stopped in to check the wax, we found a pair of antique diamond stud earrings for me. Check out their consignment pieces, always high quality, always reasonably priced, with an ever-changing inventory. Troy specializes in timepieces, from watches to grandfather clocks he does it all well. Thanks to Debbie for all of her hard work and dedication in making this dream a reality for us! I haven't even gotten my watch over there yet but just based on my conversation with Troy, I'm gathering up several other things around the house and from my husband that have needed jewelry repair or watch batteries. My finest watch, a diamond studded Raymond Weil, needs repair and, like a previous reviewer, did not like my experience at a place in Ridgedale where I inquired. Also love the fact that they do not send their watches out of their shop for repair.

I'm so happy to have found this place! I had another reputable jeweler look at my broken watch and they told me it would be hundreds to repair and likely needed a full overhaul of the movement. When I brought it here they discovered not only did my watch not need any of that but rather just needed a battery and a few screws tightened internally. They saved me hundreds and provided honest, fair service.

Having lost my husband five years ago, I recently decided to have the diamond from my wedding set made into a ring to wear on my right hand. I worked with Debbie and the finished ring is stunning. The photo really doesn’t do it justice. I love it!

Very nice place to have your clocks fixed. They did an excellent job for us on two of our clocks and the prices were reasonable. Excellent customer service, seriously, the people working here are just really really nice. I won't take my clocks or watches anywhere else.
