This library has a lovely outdoor patio, study rooms you can reserve, lots of resources (including sewing kits) and excellent librarians. The librarians are so helpful and friendly. I've had a couple different librarians at this location go above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate their kindness and their work. 2023 Update: Every time I go to this library I am reminded of their excellence. They have air cleaners in each of their study rooms. They regularly release helpful pamphlets- one was a detailed break down on what to do if someone steals your identity. The librarians are always friendly and helpful. If I could give them another 5 stars I would, they deserve it.

Love this library and the fact they are part of the Cleveland library system. We can request a book or movie from any library in the system and they will send it to Twinsburgs very convenient drive through window for easy pickups. Or if you decide to go inside they have a great kids section with mini grocery carts for the kids, a play room, and take home activities like coloring sheets. Plus their staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hands down one of the best libraries ever! The amount of programs and events they have going on for people of all ages, is literally infinite. All of the staff are very friendly, inviting, and helpful, and very knowledgeable on whatever you need help with, even if it’s about looking for a book in a certain genre. Will always sing my praises of the twinsburg public library, and probably never move anywhere else because of it 😁

I love the Twinsburg Library. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when asked.

I needed to print an attachment from an email I recieved and I had no clue what to do. The 2 lady's there were fantastic! They were very pleasant, knowledgeable and polite. They set my phone up to print what I needed, doing all the steps and even faxing it. It was a very enjoyable experience.Made my Monday morning most enjoyable.

A great library overall. A wonderful selection of books and movies available to checkout. Computers available for research or any of your needs. A separate place to buy inexpensive books, puzzles, and a few board games.
