I called Keene Medical and got great service from Desiree Kaiser. I needed head gear for my CPAP machine and Desiree Kaiser helped me in a great way! I received my stuff in a timely manner and thanks to Desiree Kaiser the items I ordered were just what I needed!! Great customer service in a hard thing to come by these days and Desiree Kaiser provided great customer service. George Lewis came to our home to deliver a hospital bed. No complaints about 3 sets of stairs, worked continuously until assembled, took his time explaining the functions plus he is a very nice man. Keene is lucky to have him. And thank you, Keene, for sending him to us. He even called ahead with a time estimate.

We had some equipment delivered on Tuesday 3/5/22 for my father who was on hospice. We had George deliver the equipment and two days later he returned to pick it up because my dad passed away. George was very professional but also friendly and talkative. When he picked up the equipment after my dads passing he maintained his professionalism and was very sincere with his condolences to my family. He is a very professional man but also very kind. My family appreciated everything he did and how quickly he did it. George deserves a good raise and some serious praise from management because he is the type of employee you want other employees to be like. Thank you George!

The team i worked with were amazing. From Max at the New Hampshire office to Desirae and the delivery man George at the Montpelier, VT office. They all were wonderful in helping me get the bed and telling me what i needed and when to get in touch with them. Thank you to all of them for helping and talking to me about everything.

I have been doing business with Keene for about 7 years. They have been good to work with and have met my BiPAP replacement part needs completely. They have continuously updated their reorder service which ha been somewhat trying at times but has always gotten me my replacement parts in a timely fashion.
