Absolutely THE best customer service! Tonya Barrientos made sure she provided the best deal for our Hot Tub and was instrumental in getting everything installed and in perfect working condition. She came on site to provided one-on-one / step-by-step training on how to maintain our Hot Tub so that it will last for many years to come. She also provided customer service for our existing pool and would often respond immediately if we had any questions. Kudos to Tonya, Aqua Spa and the whole staff! I went in to see about getting an appt for a tech to come out, not knowing if this was a service offered, or contracted out. after a great greeting from a young lady, I was turned over to Marcus. Marcus proceeded to very patiently walk me through what I was and was not seeing on my control panel, asked questions I hadn't thought of , ( is the water hot- Jeesh, why didn't I know that). Marcus continued to t-shoot to try to get as much info for the techs, offered some things for me to try to find out, (brand... is the water hot :). Let me know what to expect when the techs come out, scheduled the appt, let me know pricing... it was a fantastic experience. Marcus, thank you for your time and diligence. WOW!!!!! We use Aqua Spas and Pools for repairs on our Hot Tub and their Service has Always been Outstanding!! We needed to fine replacements spa pillows and I contacted Marcus Pomeroy for assistance. They didn't carry our brand but he said he would research it and call us back. He was true to his word!! Our Hot Tub is older and he was able to provide several places for us to check. His research paid off and the replacement pillows fit the spa perfectly!! Marcus went Above and Beyond for us and we Truly Appreciate his Kindness!! Thank You Marcus for Job Well Done!!! This Team is AMAZING!!!!!!!
