Such a beautiful place!! The conservation officers were so helpful in helping us figure out our next stops with their suggestions. They gave us a map with our next moves circled and we went on our way. We had a great time here. The spring is beautiful and the caves were cool to check out too.

Beautiful area in Missouri. The fall colors are starting to pop. There should be brilliant colors within the next week. A great way to spend a weekend afternoon. Enjoy!

This was quite the surprise to find, the spring area near the Mill was an unbelievable blue, and the river running through the park was serene and picturesque. Not at all a busy place, was quiet, and beautiful!

Beautiful area to visit. Maintained hiking paths, breathtaking views and friendly staff. So much history to this area and mill that makes one appreciate our ancestors hard work and commitment. A lot of improvements to the area as well, NPS is doing a fantastic job!

A very beautiful mill and large spring. A great place to make sure and see if you are in the area and looking for something to do.

Beautiful historic mill within the National Park that is at the end of the spring pool. The spring puts out a huge amount of water which is a deep blue in the back-center. Crystal clear around the edges with a green-blue hue. The mill is open certain times of the week and is cool to see. It was closed on our most recent visit but we were there in a Wednesday morning off-season. The hike around the spring gives a great view of the water. Didn't do the Overlook Trail this time. The parking lot is a good hundred yards away.

This is beautiful spring and mill. I have stopped by here many times and it never disappoints. The area is well maintained by the national parks service. It is a short walk to from the parking lot back to the spring/mill area. You can walk through the mill. There is a short path that goes around the spring. There is a short path on the far side of the creek that will take you downstream to a bridge that goes back to the parking lot. There is a longer 1.5 mile trail to a scenic overlook. There is a big picnic area and bathrooms that are usually pretty clean.

Fun little park with an amazing payoff. The old mill was beautiful and pristine. Park rangers were awesome, informative, and enjoyed their jobs. Wish we could have spent more time exploring.
