Everyone is super amazing. They’re great at walking you through all the steps and answering any questions that pop up. It’s an amazing experience and I’m absolutely LOVING it. The best laser hair removal. I’ve had my treatments by Faith, Brittany, Emma and they’re all so wonderful at what they do. They make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. The pros: I will never have to shave again!! And, they have monthly payment financing options offered through Ally (this does require a hard credit hit). The discounted prices are reasonable considering the outcome. For the cost of 40 cups of coffee a month I can do legs, underarms, and Brazilian! I only drink 30 cups of coffee a month so I’m actually saving money! Girl math. The cons: It hurts, especially if you’re like me and you have coarse hair. Each session goes up in power so it doesn’t get better, it only gets worse. 🥲

Love, love, love Milan Laser!!! The staff is always so friendly, personable, and professional. The premises are immaculate; always very clean, bright, and comfortable. The laser technicians are all registered nurses, so they’re not only skilled at administering laser treatments, they’re knowledgeable with best practices in regard to hygiene and creating a comfortable environment in an otherwise potentially awkward situation (ie getting your nether regions blasted with a white hot laser 🙃). I won’t say it’s not painful. It is, but pain is brief and the results speak for themselves! Razor bumps will be a distant memory and the razor you once relied on daily will eventually make its way into your beauty product graveyard, only needing to make an occasional appearance every few months or so, if that. Don’t be fooled by IPL spas that pretend to be laser. The pain and price is much less, but so are the results! A couple things to be wary of: If you’re female and have a family history of PCOS, it’s a good idea to make sure you don’t have the same condition because laser can potentially exacerbate hair growth in certain areas. Another thing: Because of how the laser is calibrated to your specific skin tone, any and all sun exposure for areas on which you’re receiving treatment. As such, it’s a good idea to start as soon as the last of your summer tan fades. Overall, amazing staff, premises, and the option to pay in monthly installments set Milan apart. 100% recommend!!!
