I was very pleased with my experience at Sauceda Urgent Care & Family Medicine. I can be a hard critic of urgent care places and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I'm not feeling at all well and the result can be much less than pleasant. The visit at Sauceda Urgent Care was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the doctor and all the other employees of Sauceda Urgent Care made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left , then you can believe that they are the best. I am truly grateful for the awesome service. I appreciated their follow up and willingness to answer questions. A big thank you to all at Sauceda Urgent Care y'all are the best

I came in to the clinic and I was greeted right away by the lady in the front, she made me feel welcomed. The whole staff is wonderful, it is a must place to come get seen and treated. The doctor is awesome. I was nervous but he made me feel relaxed. Thank you so much to all the staff. With all smiles. Keep up the excellent work.

I’ve been to many doctors for my thyroid. It was until I started seeing Dr. Sauceda was I able to finally start feeling better. His staff is always happy to see us and take care of our medical needs. Highly recommend them. All the staff is always so nice. The receptionist Monica is just peachy.

Went here today because I could not get in to anywhere else, Dentists, Clinics, Were all at least a week wait. Was by far the best choice coming here, They took me in right away, took care of my issues and prescribed me with what I needed. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and everyone on the staff here is super friendly and caring! If I could give a higher rating I would and I would definitely go here again.

I'm from out of state and got sick while working out here in the Permian. I called Sauceda and made the drive from Pecos to fort Stockton. Sandra checked me in and was professional and very helpful explaining how payments go and such. I was seen pretty quick and well taken Care of. 140$ total for the visit which included medicines. Not bad at all. Thank you very much

We came to this clinic while we were traveling and we are glad we did. The doctor and his staff were friendly, professional and caring. They saw me quickly, asked good questions and took time to listen. I felt cared for and not rushed. The course of treatment the doctor prescribed proved to be very effective.

At first I was very impressed with the care. They don’t file insurance but they are up front with you about that. The issue I had was that I just needed the results of my x-ray and they wouldn’t release that information without charging me a full office visit of probably $125. Wouldn’t recommend them because of lack of follow up

We are from out of town and my son got sick over the memorial weekend and the doctor was able to get him in to see him quickly. Very reasonably priced and the doctor and staff were great! Doctor also reccomended where I could get his medicine the quickest which was well appreciated, grateful to have came across their practice!
