Everything was great! The washing machine I purchased was lower priced than anywhere else and included free delivery. The sales staff and counter staff very friendly and polite. Delivery time was set and they called when they were on their way. The two gentlemen delivering the washer were very friendly, polite and respectful of the property. And they ran a test cycle to make sure there were no problems and explained how to set the cycles. The same great service I have always received for many years!

Keri, the saleswoman was extremely helpful with my looking for a large refrigerator/ freezer. She even got me next day delivery, which was so helpful since I had 3 frozen turkeys hanging out in my garage. The delivery was smooth. The 2 young men were very kind, polite, and helpful. My old LP gas range had an oven door issue on Saturday evening before Thanksgiving. I went to Groves on Monday morning and selected a new range.
