Feels nice to be treated like a person and not an inconvenience. Came for an ultrasound and Lori and Jess were so warm and welcoming. They made the experience very comfortable with their friendly banter and their patience. The gal at the front desk was also very pleasant during check in. I drove out 40 minutes for this appointment despite having an imagecare 5 minutes from my house and i would do it again in a heartbeat just to receive the same kind of care. This office has a great team!

Initial admittance was pretty simple. Just a couple short forms to fill out and I was in. Even without an appointment. Once inside , the nurse was very pleasant. The x-rays we’re done quickly and I was able to leave.

My appointment was on time and my technician was extremely nice. Great bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable. I will return to this location for any future needs.

My experience was great all around. Both front desk staff and technicians were very pleasant. I was seen within minutes of completing my paperwork. My results were promptly sent to my doctor. My previous appointment was just as positive. I definitely recommend ImageCare at Sparta.

It was a pleasure going to Image Care this morning for X-rays for my wrist. I didn’t have an appointment and walked in. I was out within 30 minutes. The staff was super professional and friendly and the place immaculate. I would totally recommend going here.

My first time getting an MRI. Can’t imagine a better experience. My technician was kind and very mindful of my broken foot. I was provided earplugs as the machine is rather noisy. Overall a better than expected experience.

Called the Sparta, Woodland Ave. office one afternoon, to make 2 separate diagnostic appointments. Tracy was so very helpful, she actually was able to schedule one of my appointments for me, right after work....they day I called!!!!!! WONDERFUL!!! The people, facility, and experience were all very good. I was able to get an appointment only a few days after I called. The staff were all friendly and helpful. And, the location was very convenient.

Clean and very professional. Called for an emergency imaging appointment, they gave me an appointment time slot within minutes of my call. There was hardly a wait, imaging was a breeze and I received my films within 10 mins of finishing my x rays. The staff was courteous, caring and really attentive.
