Incredible experience with Captain Steve! Everything was wonderful - he made sure we had a wonderful sailing experience and had the perfect view of the sunset. It's so quiet and beautiful out on the water! The best place to sit is out on the bow. Would recommend and do this experience again.

Captain Steve provided us and our children with an exciting 4 hour sail on the Wilmington River. He pointed out the mechanics of the boat and techniques of sailing, as well as sights we encountered. He was very supportive, allowing the children to explore above and below deck. We arrived an hour early, and the captain recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch. This sail was a very memorable family experience. Highly recommend Captain Steve.

Captain Steve was so awesome! He was welcoming, conversational, and professional. He took such good care of us! We felt safe on the water and knew we were in good hands. The weather was perfect, boat was so clean, and seeing dolphins was a plus! 10/10 would book Compass Sailing again!

I am so glad I went with Compass Sailing. This was a surprise birthday gift and even with changes, Captain Steve handled things in the best way possible. He was patient and worked so hard for us to have the best experience possible. Upon meeting him we really felt at ease and had so much fun. All the information and the comfort we had during the ride was so nice. My wife and I had a wonderful time sailing. This was the highlight to our trip to Savannah. Caption Steve and first mate Zach were awesome, their sailing knowledge was over the top.They showed us the wildlife in the area, from bald eagles to the playful dolphins running along side our boat. Look no further for a fun, educational, relaxing and all so friendly sailing tour.

What a great sailing trip! We had never experienced a large sailing vessel, and Capt Steve gave us a wonderful first time sailing! We really enjoyed the peacefulness of sailing with the wind, and especially seeing the lovely wildlife, dolphins, egrets, herons, osprey. We look forward to sailing again on our next trip.

Captain Steve made this sailing experience memorably special for my husband's birthday celebration. He played music of our genre while dolphins jumped and danced around us all afternoon. We learned some history about the area as we viewed the scenic landscape, and the sunset was glorious.

Yesterday my wife and I and another couple had the pleasure of spending the day on the water with Capt. Steve and his son Zack, owners of Compass Sailing, LLC. The four hour sail was one of the best we have ever taken. Steve and Zack were super friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and made our 4 hours at sea most enjoyable. The 38 foot sail boat was super clean and all we had to do was show up at the marina (can bring our own food and drink) and they took care of the rest. We plan on doing this wonderful afternoon sail many more times.
