We were a group of 4 and had an amazing first time experience of scuba and snorkeling with Michelle. She was very friendly and professional. The best part was she explained patiently the science behind why we want drown anf why we will keep floating if we just keep our calm. We have 2 non swimmers in our group and it gave them a lot more confidence.

My whole family had a wonderful time with Michelle. She took us out first, for a snorkel adventure for the entire group, then a scuba excursion for myself and my son since we are PADI certified. Michelle took the time to work with my wife and make sure she was comfortable with the gear and the process. She helped her with any concerns she had and put us all at ease. The time we spent on the water was amazing, we saw so many fish, turtles and other sea life. We really enjoyed our adventure with Michelle and hope to be able to go again soon.

We had an excellent time in Maui starting our scuba certifications and snorkeling with Michelle at Destination Diving! Communication was great and she was so easy to work with. This was our first time trying scuba and she was very dedicated to making sure that we were comfortable, safe, and understood the necessary skills. It was also so so nice doing the training privately!! I can't imagine learning everything that we needed to in a larger group. When we did our snorkel trip, we went to the best reef and had so much fun relaxing and exploring the ocean. I can't say enough good things about both experiences! Also thankful for the pictures that Michelle sent - will be so nice to look back on. Thanks again Michelle!

I was hooked after I completed my intro dive with Michelle a year ago. A year later I came back to Maui after completing my online courses and pool dives to complete my open water dives with Michelle for my PADI Certification! Michelle was an amazing instructor and made sure I didn't leave any little details out. I highly recommend her thorough and instructional training. Cannot wait to start planning more dives! Michelle was awesome and I would highly recommend her to anyone for a personal dive experience! She took her time, answers any questions you have and looks after all your needs. She has been diving for a long time and loves what she does and you can tell. From beginner to advanced she will take care of you and show you all there is to see!

I was thrilled with my experience at Destination Diving & Snorkel Maui. Michelle was very nice, and I felt safe for the entire experience. She was not pleased that I rode a dolphin and held onto it's fin while jumping over a Maui rainbow. Kidding aside, you should definitely book this trip for an in-depth, exciting experience in the water. I plan to return for a future dive and I would highly recommend to a friend!

Every dive hits different, but what I loved about diving with Michelle was how fun and easy it was to enjoy the experience. To be candid, I had not done a beach dive for many years--not since my certification a zillion years ago--but Michelle gave clear and easy instructions for us to comfortably get into the water and out into the beautiful Maui reefs. The dive itself is one of the most beautiful I've seen in years. Beautiful reefs and life which starts immediately at the shore and continues on a gentle slope outward to the ocean. A very comfortable gradual and easygoing experience. Additionally, we were lucky enough to hear wales singing in the distance, almost the entire time--a first for me as I'm almost always diving around Florida. Hawaii has a beauty of its own and the pictures dont do it justice. Theres quite a lot to see in this beautiful beach, and Michelle is a friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable guardian for the trip. On all my dives, I bring my camera to snap as many photos and videos as I can, but I honestly loved Michelles photos more. She captured some beautiful memories, and sent us all of them after our trip so we could keep them for our memories. If you're going to Maui and looking for a wonderful diving experience, you've just found it.

Michelle was absolutely lovely. She was very communicative, flexible on timing, came prepped with all the gear we needed, and led us in a fantastic scuba adventure! As skilled swimmers who were brand new to scuba, she was able to quickly assess our comfort and maximize time underwater while still making sure we were properly educated. She also has a great eye and pointed out so much wildlife that we would have missed on our own. She even took photos that we were able to purchase afterward to remember the experience. Her prices are exceptionally reasonable, with a lot more safety and time in the water compared to a commercial boat trip. I would highly recommend her-- and in fact sent a friend to her the next day!
