Good eye doctors and very thorough, but everyone at the front desk including optometry is incredibly smarmy. They act like every little request is a personal favor they're going out of their way to do for you. I am, last time I checked, your customer. And with the way I'm treated every time I call, likely won't be one for much longer. Train your people how to communicate. It's a very, very low bar these days.

The experience taking my 89 year old Mother, who has dementia, to North Shore Eye Health was great! Both Dr.E and the tech who did a lot of initial intake tests were very patient, understanding and friendly. They didn’t flinch at any questions or responses by the patient. They took all the time needed to complete all testing and explain the results. Dr. E also had suggestions for alternative/additional methods to help my Mother see when doing certain tasks. I would highly recommend North Shore Eye Health!

We highly recommend Dr. Ross! My son was not excited about the idea of getting glasses, so Dr. Ross talked through some alternative options with us. We decided to go with the CRT molds and couldn't be happier. My son puts the CRT molds on at night and then has better than 20/20 vision during the day! My son plays sports, and it's nice that we don't have to worry about glasses falling off, fitting under helmets, or fogging up while he is playing. It's amazing that he can wear nothing during the day and still have perfect vision! We've been going to Dr. Ross for about five years now, and we feel confident that our eye health is in good hands with him. Highly recommend!

Dr Ross and his staff were beyond helpful in directing us to the necessary steps to improve my daughter’s vision. Through the clinic’s 12 week program and then work at home we were provided the tools and activities to strengthen her vision which helped her become a more confident reader in school.

Dr. Ross and Tony are great! Exercises were very simple but the results were amazing! Thanks to Dr. Ross and his team our son has developed the vision skills that he was lacking before! I highly recommend Dr. Ross!

Our son started doing CRT at the age of 12 with Dr Ross. We were thrilled that he could have 20/20(or better) vision during the day and not have the stress of dealing with glasses during sports or the pressure of putting contacts in his eyes in a rush before the bus came(and then the pressure of not losing one at school!!)! With CRT he simply puts them in his eyes before bed and in the morning when he removes the contacts his vision is again 20/20! All day he sees perfect with nothing in his eyes! Sometimes his 20/20 vision lasts well into the night too! We also like the fact CRT keeps his eyes healthy by reducing the risk of different eye diseases that come with age and it prevents his actual eye prescription from getting any worse! CRT was well worth the cost in our EYES! Haha! Thanks Dr Ross and Dr Engebretson!

Everything about my experience was fantastic! I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment that day. Dr. Ross was friendly, professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable! His staff was friendly and prompt. The office is clean, modern, and inviting. I very highly recommended North Shore Eye Health and Wellness!

My family and I have been patients at the practice for the last 5 years. Most thorough eye exam I have ever had! The doctors explain everything so it’s easy to understand and I never feel rushed. They even offer after hours and weekend urgent care, which has saved us a few urgent care visits. Definitely check this place out!!
