Joel & his team has taken care of our flooring for the last 15 years. Three rentals and our home in Westerville was done my his team. We have had nothing but compliments from all our friends who have seen it. Found Diamond Carpet & Flooring online and submitted a request for estimate. Received response within 24 hours and had estimate within a week. Scheduled time at showroom to choose materials and went great. Install was also great. Very nice cuts, transitions and cleaned up well after installation.

Joel and his team are extremely professional and diligent. My house is old. The basement carpet is not waterproof and has moisture coming from the ground. I struggled for a long time with it. Joel came to measure my basement just two days after I called them, and gave me an estimated quote immediately. Because we had stairs which requires some special labor, Joel worked hard to put together the team very fast. He is really nice and patient with all of my questions and always provides detailed answers. They started the installation just several days after my confirmation. His team worked from 9 am to 6 pm, got everything done and cleaned all the trash and dust. EVERYTHING was so fast, professional and perfect. I will highly recommend them to anyone who struggle with the flooring!!! (The last photo was taken a day before the flooring installation)

We are extremely pleased with the entire process of working with Joel Ochoa & Diamond Flooring Installation. We replaced carpeting on our first floor with Luxury Vinyl Plank. I was referred to Diamond Carpet & Flooring, and so glad I checked them out. I met Joel Ochoa, and he was so easy to talk to and we set up a visit date to see my home and make a plan. It was so easy and then, due to illness, I had to postpone. I reset for several weeks later, but he was so nice to work with me and when the day came, I was so happy. The installer appeared to be ready for the day and he worked straight through the day to get it totally done, all in one day. So pleased with his work and the entire process was smooth. Second, they have very good selection of carpets, and you can find the type that fits your needs. Third, they are family owed, local company. The owner, Joel, is very nice, knowledgeable, and available to answer questions. Installation was done professionally, on time as promised, and for reasonable price.
