This place is more than a 5 star. The place was really nice, pool was very relaxing. We went back in may and all 6 kids did not want to leave. We cant wait to go back. The condo was very clean and cute! If you have never stayed here it's time to book that vacation you've been longing for. Just do it you wont regret it.

Where do i start. It was a nightmare but I got to give it to them. They came through like Champs. Our getaway was supposed to be in May but if you could remember on that weekend they were going to get hit by the storm. I knew it wasn't going to happen and Taking the grandkids even less. The wifey called but they told her no refunds or exchanges. She got home and was bummed out. I called and spoke to a staff member that really couldn't much. I explained to her about the storm that was about to hit them and hard. I also told her that we've been saving for this trip because with this virus the kids weren't able to do much and would hate to lose the money. I offered to pay a penalty fee if I had to just do that we can change the date. Again, there's not much she could do but was going to talk to management to see what she can do and told me she would call be before the day was over. We waited and waited and boom we get the call. The news could of not be any better. They changed the date to August because of the storm with no extra cost. The best part was that they gave it to us on my b day weekend. What else could I've asked for. The whole tribe was with smiles and jumping.. she did explain that they don't do this and this was an exception so please don't think you can just change the date just because. The tropical storm was the reason. Even if it just rains on your days that's not there fault so check the weather and be sure. Arriving, easy to find, personal parking and i must day, very pretty. Our condo was right in front of the pool. Walking in your face just drops on how nice it is. Big living room with dining. Nice big screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen even a 1 cup coffee maker. Very very clean and no reason to check every spoon ect. We had 2 bedrooms and both were great. Tvs in both and the kids room had a arcade game with all the old school games like pac man ect. Our room had its own full bathroom. How nice was that huh.. The beach was only a few blocks away but the pool was also great. They even have grills so that you can bar b q which we did. All in all we had the best time ever. Not only was that staff great but the place also was the bomb. Another spot added to our list of places to stay when we're in your neck of the woods. Thank you so much for changing the dates and working with us. Yes, we recommend your place to all. We still talk about it. Made us all feel special and our grandkids so so happy. Clean, comfortable, the heated pool was great for the kids. We paid for 3 apartments for our large family. Check in and out process was easy for everyone. Perfect location close to the beach. Only saw security guard once or twice. Could have used more security presence as girls that werent staying there parked in our assigned spot so they could take selfies in the pool area.

Great location the building themselves are fairly new so they are really well maintained and the pools are a plus the playground was under construction so we couldn't take advantage of it.

Home away from home. Every single thing you need including dishes, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, dishwasher, plenty of beds to sleep many many guests. Pool was large and clean. Beach was a quick 5 min drive, food spots are close, as well as souvenir shops. Will definitely visit again. We stayed an extra day we were enjoying ourselves so much.

Relatively new condo development. Includes shared pool area and is close to the beach, though you'll want to drive as you can drive all your stuff right onto the beach and park there. We were in a one bedroom that had hallway bunk beds and a washer and dryer. There are larger, 2-story units on the property, as well.

Such a wonderful New Years getaway for our family. The units are spacious and beautiful and the beach is walking distance away. There is a playground on site for kiddos. The only thing we kept wishing was that the pool area also had a hot tub. Otherwise, perfect.

The best descion we have ever made. The pool was gorgeous, the kiddie splash pool was great, and the the condo was gorgeous. It was comfortable and only a five minute walk from the beach. This place is a real gem and reasonably priced. I would recommend it to anyone. See you next time.

From booking and scheduling to checking in and checking out. Premier Gulf Coast Properties has far exceeded our experience. 10/10 highly recommended. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious for our group. The point of contact is always very responsive when anything is needed or if we had any questions. All amenities and the pool was awesome. Very professionally ran property and rental business. Will most definitely be back with you guys. Thank you again.

Staying here for two months and love how Village by the Beach is so close to the beach, but extremely quiet. The condos are spacious, seem fairly new and have good temperature controls and are well supplied. Ours allows dogs which is very nice. I just wish there were side walks to make it easier too walk to the restaurants, bakery and work out place. My husband has the car all day windsurfing so I find it a little isolating out here. No bike lanes either. They have plenty of room to put these in???I also wish they had a hot tub here. Nice pool area though. We'll be back.
