Excellent pizzas and service at a surprisingly reasonable price. I came here with some friends because we saw that it was in the Michelin guide and we were very satisfied with our experience. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, so getting a table was easy

Solid place. The ingredients are high quality and sourced well. I think overall, the restaurant might be slightly overrated. Recognizing the challenging times might be cause to hurry, I wish the waiters took more time when we ordered to answer questions and provide better hospitality. The chorizo pizza was yummy.

The place is really nice. Great interiors and open sorta kitchen gives it a pizzeria vibe. The food is amazing. We ordered Appetizers: Brussels sprouts - well cooked (in other restaurants I've they burn the sprouts), Calamari & Shrimp (less oily compared to some other places I've had) Main course: Ravioli - this was the star of the show. Creamy and melts in your mouth. Absolutely delicious. I'm gonna go there frequently just to have Ravioli. Fungo white pizza - even though I like my pizzas cheesy, this less cheese pizza was still great. Thin, freshly made crust with some fresh mushrooms and double cheese was really well cooked. Dessert: Hazelnut Tartufo - just one word, scrumptious!

Good Italian Vibe. Place gets super busy during weekends so make a reservation ahead of time. We ordered Delizia, Pulcinella, Calamari Shrimp, Burrata and salads. All the dishes were good. They have veg options available in Pasta and Pizza both (but limited). It is a bit noisy (we went with our 2 months old) and a little cramped for a big group.

The best Italian style pizza! The pizza is creamy and soft. The marechiaro is good as well just the noodle is a little firm. The ambience here is cosy and the service is friendly. Btw, I like the ice water in the glass bottle.

Casual Italian, bright social atmosphere. Fries arrived hot, crispy, strongly truffle! Fettuccine wild boar is unique, a must-try. The Zuppa di pesce (seafood stew) had fresh shrimps, fish, clams, etc. But the pizzas? Meh, a bit too soggy for my liking.

I was here with my team mate for lunch. It's so convenient that behind this restaurant there is a big free parking lot available. It was an easy walk to the restaurant As soon I reached there and said for two people and outside seating and I was seated immediately. It was rush hour for lunch but still the service was so good right from the beginning. We ordered their Vesuvio cocktail, Halibut, Lasagna and shared the dessert almond gelato. Extremely delicious and their great hospitality made me think that I will come back here again. I definitely recommend this place. Every person who's working there must be loving their job because each one came and checked on us, and made sure we were satisfied while we had our lunch, thank you.

The food is great here. The ravioli and pasta were awesome. They definitely have a nice wine selection. Definitely worth to try it out. I would to prefer to have dinner over here instead of lunch.

There’s a reason this place regularly is rated the best pizzeria in the Bay Area - it’s excellent. The drinks and pizza are amazing here. The other dishes are decent, but the pizza and cocktails really shine here. Worth traveling to visit. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating at this restaurant. They have a full bar. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The service here is excellent and despite being extremely busy - they’re nice and helpful. Drinks and food came fast for our party of 10. This is a Google employee favorite due to its proximity and amazing food. Book reservations ahead of time for groups. Come here, relax, drink, eat, and you won’t be pressured to leave. Great experience all around.

The buffalo cheese has a nice nutty and hay taste to it. I really loved the burrata cheese here. My friend loved the octopus. So if you are a meat eater, that's a good option. You can customize your pasta to make it vegan as well. The guava dessert was too sweet for me. The pizza had the burnt charcoal taste that compliments the tomato sauce and the cheese. Overall, the place has a great ambience with outdoor seating and food options. Been to the SF branch as well. The menu is the same and equally good.

5 stars for great Pizzas and other foods but (-1) for service. We could not catch the waiters attention easily and even then I think they just kept forgetting what we asked 🤣 Pizzas are super light and fluffy. Especially the white pizza with mushrooms. The potato croquettes are THE BEST. 👌 Sadly I hurt my dignity by taking a bite of the burrata which was so crispy that it exploded in my mouth and fell down😔 Desert was nice. That's it😐

My friend and I went to Doppio Zero for late night dinner on a weekday. They have both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The place was packed, and we didn't have a reservation, but we were seated right away. We got there 40 minutes before the closing time, and their service was fast. We ordered- 1. Delizia pasta 2. Fettuccine short ribs pasta 3. Salsiccia red pizza 4. Tiramisu The Salsiccia pizza was good, but all the dressings wouldn't stick to the bread. The tiramisu was okay. The chocolate syrup drizzle on top was a bit too much. The portion size was pretty big. I wish the short ribs pasta had more meat. I don't know why, but it tasted better when I had it as a leftover meal. Delizia pasta with chicken was petty good, too. Their menu doesn't have a lot of non seafood pasta options.

Doppio Zero offers fine, classic Italian food, with a nice ambience on Castro st. Very lively atmosphere especially coming on a weekend evening. Service was top notch too. There was plenty of seating inside but the weather was nice outside (with tents for shaded seating). We got a ravioli pasta and a couple pies (pulcinella and another one that I can't remember) to share for the 4 of us. The pies are on the smaller side for the price, but worth coming for a nice Italian dining experience.

I have been here 2nd time today. The pizza are truly professional and pasta, too. We have a pretty relaxed Sunday lunch with good friends.

The place is nice, if you look at the ambience and the vibe. we just walked in on a busy night and were seated really quickly so that was a plus. The croquettes were smaller than the picture led us to believe but tasted really good, the stuffing just oozed out of the cover as you ate it. the cocktails were really good. personally, not a huge fan of the margherita. it was kinda thin, didn't have a lot of cheese, and the sauce was kinda thin/watery, but didn't taste too bad.

Lovely place, great vibe and friendly service. Pizzas are excellent. We love their spinach ravioli, very creamy and flavorful. They are perfectly cooked pasta pillows and have this beautiful green color to them. The stuffing is yummy. Absolutely delicious. For desert we had tiramisu which was good too.

Amazing Italian place in downtown Mountain View that has one of the best pizza and ravioli in north bay. We went there to celebrate my husbands Birthday and they delivered! Great ambiance, friendly people and delicious food. They have nice and warm intentions with decent restroom. They have Enough vegetarian options to try. Loved their margarita pizza and ravioli. Croquettes were okay and lacking flavors. Tiramisu was nicely done and less sweet. Our server Fernando was just amazing as remembered that it was my husbands birthday 🥳 and got us slice of tiramisu on the house! He also made sure we have all the dishes on time they way we wanted. Kudos to him making this experience smooth and enjoyable. One surprising aspect i observed that they didn’t have sanitizer anywhere. I asked someone and they said it’s in the restroom. I went inside and it wasn’t there? May be Covid is gone but for hygiene purposes it’s good to have it.

Authentic Italian food! My wife made a reservation for dinner to celebrate my birthday. The place is crazy busy so even though we had a reservation, we couldn’t dine inside but rather got an outside table. Loved the food and the vibe of this place. To start with, we ordered croquettes which was amazing. Next, we ordered Ravioli Pasta which was the best ravioli I had so far ever, it’s a must try here. The margherita pizza was absolutely delicious and so as the vegetarian fungo pizza. Since it was my birthday, they gave us tiramisu on the house, very nice gesture. The ambiance is amazing and the vibe is amazing. We will be coming back to dine inside, please reserve a table in advance. Last, they have wood fired oven 🔥

Hello Viewers, my friends and I are celebrating the birthday, decided to look for good pizza place Doppio Zero is one of the famous Napoleon style pizza, and I like to see how they are doing after covid. the pizza is definitely one of the highlight of the foods, and I love love love about the thin crusted style pizza that you can full taste the chewing texture, and I believe they all taste very good. the only drawback is the restaurant a very crowed even for part of 4~6 people that we don't find a comfortable sitting area. if you are here for an in&out pizza, this is it. if you plan to spend some quality time with friends and family for a longer sit down. I will recommend elsewhere. Paul

Have been to this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. Last night we had burrata, ahi tuna steak and calzone which were all delicious. If you like calzone it's huge, the size of a dinner plate. I've never ever seen one that big! In the past we've enjoyed the Italian burrata, fettuccine with short ribs and dorade whole fish, pizza, ravioli and desserts. Sal the GM, Mimi and Eli are excellent at what they do!

This pizza place in Mountain View downtown is incredible! The atmosphere is inviting, and the drinks are top-notch. We tried their Burrata, Croquette, Brocollini, Truffle French Fries, homemade spinach ravioli, and Doppio Zero pizza everything was delicious. The pizza base was perfectly fluffy and delectable, making each bite a delight. Highly recommended for a satisfying pizza experience!

With Castro street all blocked off, many restaurants are able to set up outdoor seating which is nice. Doppio also has a reasonable sized indoor seating. The appetizers were good. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the pizzas, quite average.

They have good veg options, we tried the ravioli and the pizza with eggplant. Both are so good. They have good cocktails as well. The waitress was a sweetheart! Highly recommend.

Came here on a Sunday dinner and was seated immediately! It was a nice day out and the seating outdoors was cozy. We got the fungus pizza and subbed the goat cheese with Burrata - honestly The pizza was a bit small and I could’ve eaten more but the thin crust and fresh mushrooms were great and the croquettes were super flavor packed as well! The waiters here were super patient and kind as well.

If you like the NY Style Pizza this is not the place but come here for the Italian style pizzas. They taste decent and the ambience is good. The staff is super friendly. I did like their Panna Cotta a lot.

Always love the croquettes here! I also like the pasta and pizza here too. The calzone was a bit too salty though, but my lobster pasta tasted great. There were pieces of shrimp on top. Finally, we ended up getting the panna cotta since they were out of the flute dessert though. I also feel like they forgot to give us bread.

This place deserves 5 stars. Really nice light Neopolitan style pizza!! I tried the classic margherita and it was really good. Must try. The crust was very airy, the sauce was perfectly made with San Marzano tomatoes and the pizza had perfect amount of cheese that melts in your mouth. The pizza was super juicy and one can enjoy it even without any drink if preferred. They also gave us chilli oil and I loved to drizzle a lit bit of that on every slice! The amount of basil was also perfect. Staff was amazing and super friendly and we didn't have to wait or ask for anything even though it was so crowded. They have been mentioned in California Michelin guide in 2021 & 2022 as mentioned on their website.

We went for a team outing. It's a nice place to sit for an early dinner, the outdoor seating was comfortable and the weather was lovely too! The food was ok. We ordered fried calamari and shrimp that was a bit dry. Their Nectarine Salad was really good! The Deliza pasta was so-so, the mushroom had sunk to the bottom of the pasta plate and it was an overload of carbs. The one thing I would like to point out. Before making a booking we did check with the restaurant if they would have vegan options as we had some vegans in the group. They said they could make any dish vegan, but when we started dinner they refused to accommodate the request. All in all it was a fun evening! Definitely recommend if you don't have vegan dietary preferences.

Delicious food and such a great setting. We were having a wonderful evening sitting outside when the cardinal sin of hospitality was committed.... my wife was slightly ahead of me (ravioli versus pizza) and her plate was cleared while I was still eating. Hopefully some retraining of staff can address this. Otherwise very nice food. 🍕🍝🍻

This restaurant is located in Castro street. It's conveniently located behind free public parking structure. It’s a busy place The ambience is okay, nothing fancy. The service was average, probably service varies based on the who takes your orders , ours was mediocre who seemed tired and disinterested. The Food: 1) Croquette : Small plate but tasty 2) Ravioli : Small plate but Average taste 3) Pulcinella Pizza : tasted good but seemed soggy crust May be due to eggplant 4) Delizia : Tasted good Overall good to try if you are in this area and like having some Italian food.

Very nice outdoor seating area highly recommend sitting outside if weather permits. Good selection of appetizers with truffles fry the best. Nice cocktail selection too and yes amazing service.

This is my first and probably last time eating at this restaurant. Doppio Zero Pizza was cold by the time it was served and very doughy / chewy. By chewy I mean missing the right amount of char. Not sure about Michelin guide, when cannot provide soft , flavorful airy crust pizza which is basic for any Neapolitan restaurant. Another downside for me is the service. The server didn't even bother to refill our water/drinks

We must've ordered one of each pizza, which made for great samplingbut way too much food... each pizza is probably good for two people.. calamari appetizers were good! Try them! The restaurant is pretty loud. I'm sure outside seating would be great.

Ordered via Uber eats. The delivery was quick, but the pizza was cold (clearly not made to order). It was room temperature, there was no hint of lingering heat. So, it must have been made a while ago. The box had instructions for how to heat it up, I was wondering if it was meant to be cold, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't. I followed the instructions to heat it up and it was pretty good, but still not as good as a fresh pizza. The ingredients were obviously fresh and high quality, but they were a bit too excessive which can make it a bit of a greasy mess. Not the end of the world, though. I got a salad and it was pretty good. If the pizza was warm I'd probably give 5 stars. It was not really edible without reheating. The quality of the ingredients is what kept it from getting 1 star, because cold pizza is really unacceptable. I mean, at least warm it up in the oven a bit before you send it out!

I just picked up my order, only to realize the pizza is completely cold and dry. First I get a notification about a precise pickup time, I still go there a little early to make sure, and I still get cold food. This is absolutely not acceptable, especially considering the price point.

This place has the best pizza I've had in silicon valley so far. They are part of the Neapolitan pizza consortium (it's a real thing!), so you can expect high quality crust and really good ingredients. As close as it gets to Neapolitan pizza on this side of the Atlantic.

Background : Have dined here multiple times before and it seemed always goos. Covid 19 update : I got takeout for Doppio Zero. The pizza was burnt, cold when they finally gave it to me and tasted bad. The takeout experience was horrible. You are made to wait more than 15 mins in a back alley with no shade and I felt absolutely discriminated against compared to a diner. Zero acknowledgement, apology and I saw they missed some parts of the takeout order for a previous person as well.

This restaurant just doesn't want to survive. Be careful about those positive comments, it downgrades a lot recently. Marechiaro used to have scallop and clam. Now it only has some clams.

Most authentic Italian style pizza I’ve had since we had in Italy. Had a great experience here and will definitely return. The pizzas were perfect. The drinks we ordered were great - Mule & Whiskey Sour. Place was busy but yet service was kind and prompt. Our server Laura was phenomenal.

Came in on a Tuesday and it was great! The Funghi pizza (white mushroom pizza) was delicious! Lots of garlic and a hint of chili- amazing.

So so pizza. Had the jalapeño but still had to add peppers to make it spicy. Crust was a little too soft in my opinion.

They have some good appetizer options but so expensive. The Pizza is below average for me. It has too little of everything, cheese, meet, flavor for that price I can eat 2 better pizzas elsewhere. Bottom line i will not got there again. Over priced and over hyped.

Very well made Napolitano pizza. Great and friendly staff. Food is reasonably priced eventhough its Michelin star rated. Good drinks and desserts selection available. Would definitely recommend for people who have a taste for Napolitano pizza.

Awww man I love this place! Delicious everything, good quality, good service, italian accents, very small and intimate, and super bomb cocktails. They get pretty busy sometimes so call ahead or make a reservation. Over all this place provides a consistent amazing experience. I can’t get enough of all the delicious food here.
