I have the best job in the world! Helping people who need it the most is so rewarding. My agency and thier staff make my job a pleasure. They're very attentive to the needs of our patients and caregivers. I've been working with them for over a year and have always had my cares and concerns taken seriously. It will be 3 years with Atlantic IHC. Of several in-home care agencies I have tried, only Atlantic IHC provided a 'free in-home' assessment. The owner (Kerri) and a staffer (Nanide) personally met my parents-who have dementia. They met and spoke with me for over an hour of my parents needs and at the same time were able to see my parents in their home environment. I've been working with Teresa G from Atlantic, the caregivers assigned to my parents have been a good match; if not, a new caregiver is immediately assigned. Teresa addresses any concerns right away. The owner also follows up and works with you. I can attest Atlantic is available 24/7 and the phone is picked up. I have spoken to Teresa late evening hours and weekends. Working with Teresa over the years has enabled me to go to work knowing my parents are each with a good caregiver who are very patient with my dementia-laden parents. Atlantic caregivers are not on their cell phones, watching TV or sleeping on the job. Atlantic caregivers not only feed, wash and perform other tasks (as recorded on the daily task app) but interact with my parents.

Atlantic In-Home Care provided the perfect fit in caregiving just when we desperately needed help in caring for our mom. Their staff listened well to our desire for an aide with the appropriate level of skills and a heart toward understanding and commitment, and they found just the right person to become part of our family. Atlantic Home Care was truly Heaven sent for the care of my elderly parents. From the day I placed the phone call to inquire about homecare for my parents this summer up until now, it’s all been a very pleasant experience. The decision to start homecare for my parents was new and overwhelming. I absolutely had no no idea what to expect. I had received input from friends and family about their own experience with other homecare services which were not necessarily positive; I did my research online and saw the very positive reviews with Atlantic HomeCare and decided to give them a try. I made the first call to Atlantic HomeCare in early July while in Washington, D.C. My parents live in Florida. The young lady who answered was very pleasant. Kerri Johnson, the Director returned my call promptly and it’s been nothing but a positive experience since this summer. Kerri and Nannie, her assistant were very caring and attentive to our needs. They arrived on time for the appointment scheduled and gave us the particulars of the company. I was very impressed by Kerri and her staff resourcefulness. I was also comforted to know that Atlantic HomeCare had direct contact with my parents physician and can be contacted for any medical concerns about my parents (and of course with my parents consent) The Home Care Aide, Kathy, has been a delight. My parents can be difficult and they absolutely love her. The staff who handle the financials have also been very thorough. I had been receiving the invoices detailing hours and amount charged every week and on time and have had no issues whatsoever. My siblings and I are very much at peace to know that my parents are VERY well taken care of. It’s been a few months and I have had NO complaints. THANK YOU Atlantic HomeCare! We are so pleased with the services provided from Atlantic In-Home Care and it's team. It has truly been life changing to have the additional support needed to provide for my mother's care.. We are so happy with my mother's Caretaker, Cessanie. Teresa and Kerri from the office managed a great fit with her from the onset. She has been instrumental in handling the things needed when I am not there, and does a great job. Her back ups, Terry (Celina) and Mayleena, have been very good as well. I was so nervous -initially -with this process and having anyone go to my mom's home - but Atlantic has gained my trust providing quality and compassionate people into my mother's life. Thank you!

I first became aware of Atlantic In-Home Care after doing extensive research when my 96-year-old father became ill while my 95-year-old mother was in the hospital recovering from hip surgery. Because my parents live in Florida (1,000 miles away from me), I had to find a Home Health Care agency that I could totally depend upon to help see my family through this crisis. Fortunately, Atlantic In-Home Care lived up to (and actually exceeded) all of the positive reviews and articles that I had read about them. Their management team and in-home care providers have been consistently excellent and, as a result, I would never consider using anyone else. Tom C.

What can I say? These lovely people were there when we needed help the most. They are not just a business. They are very caring and it shows. Huge shout out to Donna. She was not just a support to my dad who has dementia, but she was a shoulder to lean on for my mother who is the caregiver. We have to move on to a memory care environment as he has progressively gotten worse. My mom will continue a friendship with Donna once things settle. Do not look any further. The only thing that came easy in this whole process is finding these wonderful people! I cannot recommend this company enough! If I could give ten stars, I would!
