To understand how amazing these guys are you have to know how far above and beyond they went to make sure I had a place to stay. I called Liberty Lodging on a Monday night after I found out I was going to lose my lodging the next morning. I was panicked and trying not to cry as I asked if they had anywhere I could stay the next day. Sean and Christina dropped what they were doing to make sure there was somewhere for me and my pets to stay. They were kind and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and bent over backwards to keep from my having to move more than once. As a tenant of a property managed by Liberty Lodging, I have been consistently impressed by their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a positive living experience. From the moment I moved in, Liberty Lodging has been responsive to any questions or concerns I have had, and has always gone above and beyond to address any issues quickly and efficiently. The property itself is well-maintained and kept in pristine condition, thanks in large part to Liberty Lodging’s attention to detail and commitment to keeping everything in top shape. I have never had to worry about the safety or security of my short term home, and I have always felt comfortable and at ease in my living space. In short, I cannot recommend Liberty Lodging highly enough. Their dedication to their tenants and the properties they manage is truly exceptional, and I am grateful to have them in my corner!

Things started off a little rough as when we first arrived the unit was very dirty. We called the owner of the property and literally he came to the property within a half an hour (on Sunday) and proceeded to make things right by calling cleaning company back and staying there until it was cleaned properly! What could have been a problem was solved by his willingness to make things right. That was the first and only negative issue during our stay. The property is located in an area of lovely homes in a high end suburb of Dayton. Within walking distance of many unique shops, grocery store, restaurants and so much more. Oakwood is known as a “walking city” and it truly offers spectacular architecture and shade covered venues as well as being a close bike ride to many of Dayton’s parks and trails. Also, it’s home to a top notch EMS squad as I was fortunate to learn as I needed their services during our stay! Within minutes of a leading heart hospital as well. All and all, we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to stay with Liberty Lodging in this unique little property! So much better than a long term hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay there. I didn’t expect everything to look top notch but it was well above my expectations. Shaun is the man.I worked mostly night shift so I would sleep during the day.but because the sunlights would come right through the blind, some days I wouldn’t be able to sleep. Shaun came in and fixed the issue right away. If I ever come to Ohio again for a long stay, I would definitely choose liberty lodging again.

Unbelievable customer service. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend no one else but Liberty lodging for your stay in the Dayton Area. It truly gives you the home away from home feeling. And lets not forget to mention how extremely comfortable the beds were. I need that for my house at home. Anyways, it was an all around great experience for the 3 weeks I was there.

I really enjoyed the professionalism of the team at liberty lodging. Especially Sean! Very accommodating. The area is safe. The apartment was clean and very inviting and comfortable. There were even things that I forgot that were present. Very thoughtful! I would definitely recommend staying at an apartment hosted by Liberty Lodging!

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The owners (who are veterans- thank you for your service!) are very considerate and thoughtful which made our trip a lot less stressful. Liberty lodging is the best! I had a five week class at Wright-Patt and the hotel provided by the base wasn't all that wonderful. On the second day of class one of the teachers told us about Liberty Lodging and how great they are. So I put a reservation in right away and not 10 min later I heard back from them. Myself and two other girls took a quick tour of the apartment and as soon as we walked in we knew we were moving! It's so amazing, it really feels like home and they provided everything you could ever imagine. I am going to recommend everyone to Liberty lodging at my home base. The owners are incredibly nice, caring, and understanding. They also gave us really nice mugs with the brand on it as a gift!

Stay Liberty is the best! we have rented from many places over the years. It was clean and felt nice. The best though was the correspondence, the team at stay liberty was very good and open with communication, and quick to take care of anything that came up. We will absolutely rent from them again!!! The kitchen didn't have as many cooking items as would have been preferred, however it did have the essentials which is very helpful as we have to cook our meals because of food allergies.

I have been staying at liberty lodging for about a month, and I have one month to go. When I saw the pictures online (on Airbnb) I immediately thought that the place looks nice and neat and clean and should suffice. Initially I was told that since I am a travel nurse they would be able to house me with other travel nurses which really sold me. I was also told that since my apt would be unisex (which I wasn’t okay with) that I would be offered a discount. I was never given a discount because they said the one man who was staying here would leave in one week. So I was very uncomfortable my first week. When I first got here my room was very unclean. It was tidy, yes, but I could tell the sheets had not been changed , the bathroom had not been cleaned, the toilet was FILTHY with a nasty ring and black gunk in it. The shower was dirty, the shower curtain had mold ring around it as if it hadn’t been changed in months. Literally it was BROWN. The shower head was white with brown rust all in it. It was quite disgusting. I couldn’t believe that this place that advertised a maid service was so unkept. I’ve been here for one month and I can tell you there is indeed no maid service. No one comes and offers to clean anything. Someone comes around and offers towels , but that’s not a maid service. I purchased bleach and cleaned everything myself. They knock quickly and run away before you can even answer the door. The lock on my room door does not work. I have put in so many work orders since I been here that I didn’t even bother putting in another work order because I only have 3 weeks left to be here. All I can say is all these positive reviews I saw on this place really sold me. Idk if I’m just the one unlucky person out of the bunch but I’m really dissatisfied. This place is so expensive and I’m sharing one apt with 3 different other ppl. The walls are paper thin and there are no curtains on the windows in the room which I had to purchase my own. The apt complex is most likely old, that’s why it’s so run down. Only positive thing I have to say is that the staff is extremely responsive and quick to respond to any email etc, they are really nice..

Liberty Lodging is awesome! It is run by a staff that is very focused on customer service. The two guys that run everything work really hard to make sure that everyone has an amazing stay. I first heard about Liberty Lodging from some of the people in my office and booked one of the suits online. Booking was quick and easy. I would suggest booking early because they fill up fast. I spoke to the owners, Sean and Evan, on the phone before I moved in and they made sure that everything was squared away from my extended stay. I would highly recommend Liberty Lodging.

Had the chance to stay here for 3 months and it was one of the best decisions I have made. Sean and Evan are extremely accommodating, even bought us patio chairs and a cheese grater. Anything that we asked for, we received. The maintenance man on staff is also friendly and fast. Fixed the water heater within 20 minutes of our call. Everything is provided for you, including pots, pans and keurig! Can't express my gratitude towards Liberty Lodging for making a long AF tech school more fun and tolerable!
