Got my very first bike here! I did a LOT of research before I found the right bike at the right price and as a first time buyer I couldn't be happier. Everyone I dealt there with made the process nice and easy and super smooth! Shout out to the sales rep Leo, my first point of contact, Frank C. the sales manager, Angela S. from accessories, Patrick who walked me through all the paperwork and financing stuff and Matt the repair tech who answered a bunch of questions when an issue popped up with the bike a few days after I got her home. I got a great deal on a Royal Enfield Scram 411 and I know for sure I made the right choice going with Locomotion for my first purchase! It's a bit far from me in Brooklyn NY but for sure I'll be back!

Happy Day!!! Picked up my new Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 today. The staff at Locomotion Powersports are top-notch. Shout out to Frank, Johnny, and Patrick for helping me purchase my new ride. Saw the bike I wanted to upgrade to at their dealership and after answering a ton of questions for me over the phone, they held the bike for me for over a week with a deposit since I lived pretty far from the dealership. Ash was amazing and kind in showing me the details and runaround of the bike and even offered to walk the bike out for me after taking my pic with it. PATRICK was a legend. Super super friendly and knowledgable, a true rider's rider. Wasn't trying to sell me any unnecessary stuff and was very blunt. We ended up just chatting for two hours before I realized what time it was. Left super happy with my new purchase. They were able to knock it down to a price I was happy with and cleaned her up for me. Coolest part was walking into the shop to pick it up and having her (the bike) sitting right in front of the door as you walk in. Badass. Will return for next pickup when that time comes.

Stopped by while on vacation from California. Saw the bike I had planned on buying at some time and had to have it. Frank and Johnny helped make the complicated deal go smoothly. Very nice dealership I definitely recommend.

I recently bought a 2024 Street Triple 765 RS from Locomotion Powersports. All around the team is really friendly, personable, patient, and professional from the sales people to finance, parts and service department. This is clearly a very well-run business that takes customer service very seriously and it shows. I appreciate how the sales process was focused on me finding the bike for me versus just selling me a bike. I would recommend this dealership to anyone even if it’s a bit out of the way. It’s worth it.

Tonight I was lucky enough to purchase my first slingshot. Of course I did my research before this purchase, but in the end I went with this dealer because of the people. I was greeted by a professional, friendly group of men. They were very patient with me, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and never pushed me into any decision. I had just purchased a 2013 triumph tiger 800 used from a private individual and was planning on riding it back to Vermont the next day. The front brakes were soft and the fluid was low. When I called Locomotion Powersports to ask for help, Matt told me to bring it right in. He took care of the problem immediately and I was back on the road heading home.
