I lived at Collegetown Crossing (307 College Ave) for 3 years, after two years of dealing with Cornell's on-campus housing. The building and rooms were in immaculate condition, and anytime something broke, it was usually fixed within the same day or night. The soundproofing in my studio apartment was great, and the place's location is very safe and convenient overall, being right next to a TCAT bus stop and fire station, as well as several convenience stores. Josh, Kristi, Brian and the staff at the front desk were very friendly, and were always willing to help. Having viewed apartments from all around Ithaca, I can confidently say Collegetown Crossing is probably the best, most wholesome student-focused apartment available for rent here.

I rented from Urban Ithaca twice during my four years of college. They are a wonderful and well-organized establishment. Their apartments/housing units are some of the best in Ithaca and they are fair, prompt, and friendly with all their tenants. I would definitely recommend Urban Ithaca to anyone looking to rent in the Collegetown area!

Perfect location, nice amenities, clean, professional, and maintenance/office was always available and happy to help. Also extremely safe for students with key access, well-lit walkways, security cameras etc. Would definitely recommend to college students looking for housing in the area!

I moved in after the Covid and have lived here ever since, until my graduation. The staff at Urban Real Estate were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to all my requests and addressed them quickly. Beside, it's not only a really quiet place in Ctown but also conveniently close to school. Highly recommended!

I lived in Collegetown Crossing for my 3 years of college. I had an amazing experience. The building is extremely accommodating with anything you need. The building super was so helpful, whether it was building furniture or fixing any maintenance issues that arose. Collegetown Crossing is an ideal location right next to a grocery store and a close walk to campus for any college students. I highly recommend living here to anyone searching for an apartment in Ithaca.

I lived in an urban Ithaca house my senior year and it was great. I lived with 7 of my friends and the house was spacious, big kitchen, two fridges, three floors within the college town pricing. The office is in central collegetown so easy to access if you have any questions or need any help. The urban Ithaca team is responsive and there is usually always someone in the office during the week.

My experience at Collegetown Crossing has been great so far. All repairs have been done the same day or day after, and the staff is very responsive. The building itself is very clean and I have almost no issues with my new apartment!

Friendly and responsive staff - Andrew and Natalee are professional and super quick to respond to emails/calls. Management is attentive and maintence requests are addressed quickly.
