I called and had someone come out to check out our water hardness and discuss installing a Water Softener. They had great financing options. Good service and checked back in after the install. Even came out to be sure there were no leaks and the water tested fine.

We have our water softener serviced by Culligan Water of Horicon and the service techs have always been very professional and have solved our troubles. We now have them delivering our salt and they are always courteous and on time.

I have had Culligan service for over 30 years. Always have been happy with their commitment to their customers. Larry, our current delivery man, is professional, friendly and goes out of his way for his customers.

They call to remind us when they are coming. They keep everything on track. It’s nice that we don’t have to worry about remembering when to add salt or when our whole house filter has to be changed. As a homeowner we have enough to think about and take care of.

It was a very easy, simple process to get everything set up and the office staff always answers my questions quickly and easily makes necessary changes. Our deliveryman makes our monthly service and restocking something I don't have to worry about. He efficiently adjusts our monthly delivery amount based on our water usage fluctuations. The empties magically disappear and are replaced with jugs of fresh, delicious water!

So nice to have them deliver right to the house! Last month our delivery guy saw us coming up the driveway, the door was locked so he waited and greeted us with a smiling face to take our bags down to the basement!! Now that sure is something we are not seeing from people these days, someone enjoying there job and going out of his way to be helpful.
