Christiana and her husband are great people. She is an amazing cook. I had the cauliflower chicken. Carrot souffle .ac and cheese. Navy bean soup. Husband had fried cod fish. And a BBQ baked potato 😋 must go and have a try

Such a wonderful experience! We got the salmon and the lentil loaf and loved it. Our server was also our chef and he was so inviting and sweet. I especially loved the way he hyped up his wife’s recipes. Did not disappoint. Left happy and full, with leftovers!

100 stars if I could rate it. Stop here and you will fall in love. Everything was delicious, fresh and perfect. This will be a spot I frequent from now on. The portions are big and you leave here full- the deserts are delicious too. We both got the grilled salmon burger special and we loved it and even ordered food to go. Thank you so much!!

Since this is a restaurant let’s start with the obvious- THE FOOD 🤩😍😋!!!! I’m vegan 🌱 but have brought my meat eating friends with me and they’ve enjoyed the vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian options. The food is made fresh to order and the love, care, and pride that goes into it is readily apparent when your order is set in front of you. I’ve been many times when there are other patrons dining in and their excitement over the food is catching 🤩🫶🏾! Their willingness to speak to someone they’ve never met before about what they’re eating and all the menu items they’ve tried and loved is admirable. It says a lot about the experiences they’ve had here. Now let’s talk about the owners and staff. All are so personable and loving. They not only try to spread the love through food but through human to human interactions. When you speak to Christina (who I’m sure you’ll become quite fond of like I have) she really tries to listen and then cater specifically to you and your dietary needs or preferences. How many places really want to do this? Certainly not any chain restaurants where most items are prepackaged or processed. The atmosphere they have created is one of “family & friends” because that’s what you are when you step through the doors of this establishment. Seed to Soul Food is a vibe ✨🌱. This is what down home flavor but healthy for you is all about! My daughter from Dallas is vegan came to visit me and Google where find vegan near me, and “Seed to Soulfood” popped and and we’ve never been the same since! I’m not vegan or vegetarian but I love to eat healthy! This hits the mark every time I go. I’ve introduced several of my friends and family to this fabulous establishment and all say they love it! Thank you Christina and Reginald for doing what you love and giving our belly’s what we love….great tasting, good down home comfort food! See you real soon!!!!

This place has hearty delicious vegetarian meals that are thoughtfully prepared. Everything is delicious and you will NOT leave hungry. Don't regret not trying a dessert, even if you have to bring it home for later.... Yummo.

Christina and Reginald have masterfully crafted a cozy vegetarian and vegan restaurant and cafe in downtown Taylor, TX. Their warm and sweet personalities complement their amazing brewed beverages and soul feeding food. The Turtle coffee drink is a MUST. The Strawberry Muffins are to die for, and the food was delicious. This place doesn't disappoint. Great for morning coffee, a quick healthy lunch or amazing hospitality and conversation. If I roll through Taylor again I will definitely be stopping by. Thank you so much for the sincere experience, and for treating us like family.

Not sure how reviews are so great but did not have a good experience with the vegan food. Every single plate item I had, $50 worth needs much work. I served 3 different vegans food and no one enjoyed as not even simple items like green beans were good. Picture of fried cauliflower which tasted like flour and cauliflower peices, it was soft and mushy along with all else. I give stars for the presentation which was great and kindness of people.

I have been here 2 times, ate different things and everything has been incredibly delicious! This is by far the best grilled salmon I have ever had! And the carrot souffle is absolutely incredible- you NEED to get it!! Hands down my favorite restaurant in Taylor.

Holy WOW! The moment I opened the front, I was hit square in the face by a one-two punch of southern flavor and soulful goodness! Christina and Reginald have built a masterpiece of downhome delectable feel-good food in the heart of Taylor, Texas. Not only was the food mouth-watering, their hospitality is world-class. Christina and Reginald rolled out the red carpet for us and we couldn't have had a better experience! We will definitely be back!
